Pros: breakfast and next to the river. Cons: not that nice for the price. I called to make sure the hot tub was functional before cancelling my family’s reservation for a nearby hotel (accidentally booked both for the same night) and cancelled the other because they confirmed hot tub was functional. That was a lie, as it was not heating the night of our stay only a few days later, and we were informed it hadn’t been working for some time. I would have kept my rez at the comfort inn instead, for less $

This hotel is a good alternative in the Glenwood spring area. The staff is very helpful in solving the issues such as key-in and hot pool temperature for us. The breakfast is the best part of this hotel, the setting is big and plenty of choices. We stayed 3 nights on the way and back to Utah. Will choose this hotel again

I like the location, it is right on the Colorado river which is beautiful and right off of I-70 at the Silt, CO exit which is extremely convenient. There are gas stations all around with convenience stores. There is a Dollar General not too far away and liquor stores close by. Not too convenient to walk to town due to crossing the interstate highway but can be done if you are careful. There are not a lot of places to eat but there are a few. The breakfast was very good. The room was quiet, clean and nice. The people were friendly. There is a pool and hot tub although I did not use them. All and all was just fine. Thank you.

The river side was great. The room was ok but obviously has carpet which hasn't been replaced in a very long time, making the room a bit smelly. We slept with the balcony door open and that helped.

The breakfast was the best I've had at any hotel that includes complimentary breakfast, good pool/hot tub area, very friendly and helpful staff. Downside is the treadmill didn't work, and power station in room didn't charge my cell phone. Overall I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend it to others.

My husband and I like to workout before starting the day and I book hotels with a gym available. When we got to the gym at 7:30 a.m. it was locked and the front desk said it didn’t open until 8. I’ve never seen a gym open that late. More annoyed that at 8:15 we went back to the gym and it was still locked.
