Nice, Clean Hotel

Location: Gila Cliff Dwellings
Recommend staying here if visiting the Gila Cliff Dwellings (about 1.5 to 2 hours away depending on traffic). Friendly staff.

Nice hotel on way to Gila cliff dwellings.

Overall, nice stay. Enjoyed the pool. However, our room was on the first floor next to employee breakroom and laundry room where sheets and towels washed. Very noisy all night long.

Exceptionally nice

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Don't see any areas needed for improvement.
Location: Silver City is a small town so the location is close to everything.
Small hotel but easy parking, clean rooms, updated interior, friendly staff, very nice toiletries from Bath and Body Works, good hot breakfast. This hotel was much nicer than many I have stayed at in larger cities. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great location

we always stay at holliday exspress when we travel because the comfort of thier beds have been reliable but this one in silver was very hard :( we were both hurting by our last night

I do apologize for the discomfort you had. We did replace all mattresses last year and abide by the IHG Standard of mattress. We hope that you return to our hotel and Silver City to enjoy the area and hopefully the mattress will be broken in. Thank you, Michelle, Manager

Clean hotel and very friendly staff.

We stayed at this hotel to go to the Gila National Park. The staff was really great. When we got there the woman at the desk helped us get hot chocolate at the coffee station for our kids and even got hot water for us. In the middle of the night the toilet got clogged (not sure why) but the guy at the desk at 2:30 in the morning came up and and fixed it without a problem. The next day I had a kid who was feeling sick so they let us take home the plastic bucket in the ice bucket just in case we needed it on the ride home. The room itself was clean. I did not use the gym but it was nice for a small hotel, it was more than just a cramped room! Due to above mentioned sickness we did not make it to the national park but when we head back there we will stay at the same hotel.

It was kind of noisy, we could hear above and next to us and people walking down the hallways.
