Pleasure Trip to Silver CityPosted Nov 7, 2015
Pros: The Roadway Inn was quite pleasant, the rooms were clean the staff was very nice and accommodating. well worth the money.
Location: Down town, Deming is only 50 miles away Pinos Altos
If you visit Silver City make sure you make time to eat at Diane's, excellent food. We enjoyed ourselves very much, take time to visit the antique shop, the Museum and the candy store.

Want more than just a bed...Posted Oct 15, 2015 on Hotels
If you just need a bed it is, don't expect anything as far as in room coffee, they had none - said they hadn't for 2 weeks which is plenty of time to fix it - and the continental breakfast was less than acceptable. No fresh fruit...just carbs. Had to ask for tea at the desk. Won't stop at this one again. Other choices in Silver City and will investigate them.

Großes Zimmer, gute Ausstattung - ohne WiFiPosted Oct 8, 2015

ComfortPosted Sep 7, 2015
Location: Close to Silver City
one bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. The sheets were stained There was only the roll of toilet paper on the roller - which was 3/4 gone The reservation was for 3 people, yet the room had towels only for 2 The "in-room" hair dryer and iron, were not in the room but had to be requested from the desk The ice machines were broken for both days we were there.

one and donePosted Aug 24, 2015 on Hotels
Average motel. Dirty. The cost was not worthy of the room. I will find another place next time in Silver City.

Like sleeping on a fuzzy rockPosted Aug 10, 2015
Pros: They are pet-friendly, which few motels in Silver City seem to be.
Cons: A little hard work and pride would go a long way at this property, but a bed that wasn't made of concrete would go even further.
Location: Good location and great town. Mountains, lakes, hiking etc., etc.
I like a firm mattress but not one with absolutely no 'cush' at all. While not unsanitary, there was ample evidence that whomever cleaned the room was either in a hurry or on quota. Lamps were unplugged and lights were burned out. Available channels for the 1990's vintage television were limited. But at least the place was relatively quite if you discount the constant sirens of the county and city boys getting THEIR quota on US 180, outside.

friendly staff but rooms are outdatedPosted Jul 21, 2015 on Hotels
Room was quiet and the bed was reasonably comfortable. There was a spider that had been killed and it was stuck to the tile in the bathroom. The carpeting is so old that it is fraying at the seams. The people went out of their way to be helpful. The area where breakfast is served is small but there did not seem to be that many people there.

Conveniently located...Posted Jul 13, 2015 on Hotels
Clean, convenient location, good service, but the breakfast is really poor.
