Bathroom with glass enclosed shower, steel sink in granite topping and toilet. First guest $64 / night, second guest $42, children over 12 years old $20.; children under 12 years old $12\. Pets allowed at $20\. each per night plus a one time $19\. fee for cleaning pet hair/odor. Laundry available: Wash/Dryer & Soap $19./load. Central AC & Heating. PARKING w/ camera surveillance 24/7 on concrete driveway near the entrance doors at $9/night paid separate because not every guest need parking. The surrounding neighborhood is residential, quiet, and the County allows noise until 10PM. No loud music beyond reasonable limits, One mile from downtown Silver Spring; ten miles to the White House and D.C. monuments. Visitors allowed until 11 PM. Unregistered people not allowed to spend the night. No promiscuity. No party. Visitors to guest are three persons max until 11 PM. Check out time is 11 AM. The cleaning crew will prepare and sterilize the suite for the next coming guest; just make sure to not forget and leave belongins behind. DIRECTIONS: The property is located on 8829 Flower Avenue Silver Spring, MD. on the corner of Flower Ave & Plymouth St. fenced by a 6 foot tall green bushes all around. From Flower turn onto Plymouth and immediate right on the first driveway; drive in to near the house doors and call the host to hand you the key. Next time book with us again. A recent guest comment: "Thank you for sharing your place with me. It was perfect. It's a beautiful neighborhood nonetheless, a great place to walk around with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The host was easy to communicate with and it was a lovely little spot. Very cozy with big comfortable king size bed. I enjoyed having coffee on the outdoor porch. Because of the renovations I had my cat with me and it was great I could keep him with me.
