Disappointed

For being Sheraton, this hotel did not meet expectations at all. Room was clean however the bath towels had stains on them, each time that I would request something, room service took over half hour to get them , had to make several calls to the reception and then I finally went down there. They then tell me there is no room service night and that I should call in the morning . I need my toothbrush and toothpaste as soon as I wake up , how can I wait for 30 mins to brush my teeth ! The printer was always broken down and they didn't fix it in 2 days at the very least despite guests complaining. And then the wifi breaks down throughout the hotel and the hotel has no clue when it will get rectified. i would have expected better services from Sheraton but this was really disappointing

Friendly staff and clean rooms and located within walking distance to downtown Silver Spring

Had the worest experience from front desk to management none of them were oriented to serving the customers but money grabbing beast

Very nice stay...

Pros: The staff was ultra very friendly and attentive.
I only stayed for two nights but found the Sheraton Silver Spring very pleasant. I originally chose the Sheraton due to it's location and was pleased with the decor and cleanliness. I was nice that there was a Starbuck's located right in the hotel!

Staff very very friendly!!! Location good and not to expensive parking garage the only problem we have the room to old!! Bed sheet crumbled!! Luckily I bring my own bed sheet to layers on top of it.

Not Impressed

I went on Expedia and saw that the Sheraton had a room for 84 dollars. I thought maybe it was a good deal and booked it. When I checked into my room it was okay not impressive. The water for the shower wasn't very hot, and you have to pay 10.00 for wifi in the room. They didn't have any do not disturb signs on the door. So if you are sleeping in you have to get up and walk to the door to let housekeeping know. To grab food and walk back to the hotel is a no go. Overall I'm sticking to my usual hotels in Silver Spring
