This Hotel Needs Help

I requested a king size bed with a fridge for my medications. Got a double bed room. The A/C was leaking water inside and got the carpet wet, could not use the desk, the wet carpet got close to the bed. Terrible!!!

Excellent hotel in perfect location.

Pros: A well-equipped gym. Pleasant areas on the ground floor to meet friends for drinks and to socialise.
Cons: The area surrounding the pool was very stark and the lifeguard was particularly unfriendly and unengaging.
Location: Small shopping Malls; cinemas and restaurants.
A good spot that is not too busy. Very easy to take Metro to all the Washington sights, which are within 20 mins of the hotel.

Spacious comfortable clean room and facilities. Excellent if you want to stay north of dc. Parking is tight but works fine. Club level provides convenient lounge.

Terrible internet

Pros: Proximity to downtown.
Cons: Internet access, cable TV quality
Location: Near downtown.
Spent 45 minutes on phone with IT to get internet to work. Also, many cable channels were distorted and unwatchable.

Overall a good stay. Wifi is extra in the bedroom. Free in lobby. Wifi should be free as with most hotels these days.

Ac did not work, staff are not cooperating to provide the room with 2 double beds . Lobby was like a market.

Worked for meeting. The door handle stuck The light switches in the room were difficult to work.when will hotels get rid of bathtubs and replace with just showers?

Pros: Nice room, nice staff
Cons: All elevators working
Location: Good location, lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance
One elevator broken during my stay, it made using the elevators a hassle since the hotel was full. My room was very nice and the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I didn't use any amenities so I can only comment on my room and the front desk experience.

Pleasant

I normally stay at a different hotel in Silver Spring but wanted to be closer to my daughter who lives there. Location is good - 5 minute walk to the metro and many shops and restaurants on Ellsworth St. Bonus is there is a Starbucks in the lobby! Huge lobby with lots of space to hang out, a lively bar and a restaurant (which I didn't try). The room was clean but just a little drab. The price was right so I'd stay there again.

Sheraton Silver Spring - Poor service

Pros: nothing
Cons: front desk service. Fix the door at bottom of steps into garage
Room and location were OK. Front desk was under staffed. Minimum wait was 20 min; had to wait 40 min on Sunday morning. Manager was there but did not bother to assist people standing in line. TV control in room did not work. Took it down to front desk to get new batteries and said I would wait there to get it back. Front desk person forgot about me and I had to remind him after waiting for 20 min. Door exiting to garage was broken - could not open - safety hazard. Parking garage was expensive, very tight (scraped my car), and could not get my room key to work the exit gate
