We had room, with two queen beds, the room was really big, enough for four people and very clean. We stayed in Chilcoot part of Vance Creek hotel.

Unfriendly Customer service. One of the front desk Lady, She was so rude, and over all the staff not friendly.

The combined suites were excellent for our family. Lovely decor and awesome setting. Our only regret was not booking more time here. We were running late coming up from Vancouver. The front desk clerk ended up staying late to ensure we were checked in. We will definitely be back with some more time to spend.
