“The condo was perfect for my family's ski vacation at Winter Park. A Short drive or free shuttle away. Very close to downtown Winter Park's shopping and restaurants. The two bedroom two bath unit had room for everyone and all of our gear. Living room and kitchen felt like it had extra room for a traditional condo as well. Roger was very helpful and quick to communicate. Looking forward to staying with him and his condo again. ”

“What a wonderful little gem of a space. My daughter and I had a great time. Everything was well appointed and super cozy. Was easy to find and get inside. Super close to grocery and other stores. Will definitely be staying there again for the odd ski trip. So thankful to not have to break the bank just for a bed and shower. Loved! Thank you!!!!”

“This condo had been updated and interior was very nice with view of river run gondola and slopes. . Needs a new shower head as the way the stream breaks up makes the water slight warmer than lukewarm. Tv in bedroom would freeze, not sure if it was dish issue ir tv issue. Ski locker room was great with plenty of room. Steam room in garden floor was not working during our stay which. Was a bummer, and there were no pool/hot tub towels on Sunday. Be patient for elevators bc they are slow. ”

“Spacious layout, perfect for a snowcation. Plenty of amenities, we never wanted/needed anything. Balcony view of the skate rink was nice. The shower size, and water pressure, and heat was EXCELLENT. Walking distance to our rental place, and about a 7 to 10 minute walk to the Gondola. ”
