Courtyard, as a brand, does not have breakfast included in our regular rates, although there are special rates that are sometimes offered that would include it.We do offer complimentary welcome water at check-in if the guest is a Marriott Bonvoy member, and the account number is given at the time of check-in.Once again, thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback.

I stay at this facility for the convenience to my family. Even though there are kids over weekend for events they are attending, it is quiet. Staff is professional and rooms are clean. The only thing noted this stay was my refurbished room, the drapes were torn and tub was worn, with rust and cracked tile. Hopefully next stay these will be replaced.

Hotel has been refurbished since our last stay in August of 2022. I would have given a 4 star had the hotel offered daily service however, I had to empty the waste bins and leave outside the door along with the used towels. Reminds me of self check out lines without any discounts.

We had two queen beds in the room. Both mattresses were horrible. They sink so much that you're asleep in a sit up position. Both of us are 150 - 170 pounds. Usually Marriott Courtyard is my go to, but this one is a big no-no.

Loved the convenience of the area. Rooms can be updated- showers have low pressure and are low on the wall. Room was not as clean as I would expect- coffee cups were dirty and previously used when I picked them up to look.

I'm disappointed to hear that it doesn't reflect it.The coffee cups are are supposed to be individually wrapped. Beautiful hotel, courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive staff! There's a Hydrotherapy massage chair in the lobby! You can enjoy a relaxing massage while watching something on the big screen tv! I would definitely come back here again!

Very stark. Lady was very welcoming. However she Changed us from a King to a handicap room with two queen beds instead of one King. Never got a reason why. Just not a warm and fuzzy hotel. Stark room.

The room was clean, the bed was super comfy. But coming back each day to the bed not being made was very disappointing. I get not chaing the linens. I get not getting fresh towels but at least make the beds. I paid plenty for that. My opinion only.

I'm sorry that you're disappointed about the room not being serviced every day. While most, if not all, of the Marriott full-service brands are now refreshing every day, the Courtyard is following the every other day refresh protocol as a select-service brand standard. I apologize that the current brand standard is not meeting your needs.

We had a terrible stay due to loud music by DJ for private party all evening until 10pm. Our room was 2 floors above the party, and the music was ridiculously loud. We asked front desk staff several times to have it turned down, and their only response was that the party was booked and they could only "ask" that the music volume be lowered. Whether they ever asked I have no idea, but the loud music continued solidly until 10pm. What a nightmare!!! We booked this hotel with an expectation of good service due to brand name but never again. The morning front desk staff offered free Starbucks breakfast for our trouble, but we declined. We did get coffee though which we would have had to buy as there was no free coffee. Room was ok, beds ok not great. As mentioned, Starbucks in lobby is only coffee option other than typical room coffee with one sugar and one creamer per person.

I sincerely apologize about your terrible stay. The event was indeed contracted for until 10pm, and the staff did have the DJ shut the music down 10 minutes before 10pm. As for the coffee service amenities in the room, guests are more than welcome to ask for more coffee packs, coffee cups, and coffee condiments at any time during their stay. Once again, I apologize that you did not enjoy your stay.

After driving from San Francisco I was looking forward to my room and then having dinner in the hotel while working on my laptop. Instead I was told that I would have to stay at a nearby Best Western. Huge difference in price between these two properties and huge difference in comfort and safety. So I loaded all my belongings back into my car and headed to Best Western. I'm a woman who travels alone for business so I choose properties that I feel are secure. Not properties where the door is facing a street. Despite the fact that I had already paid almost $250 for my room, they would not find another room for me in their hotel. Said there was a plumbing issue. I'm sorry, the parking lot was not full, it was a Tuesday and it's a huge hotel...I'm not believing that it was sold out. I have no idea why they booted me and had no choice but to go to Best Western where my sleep was interrupted by loud banging and loud voices arguing at 3:30 in the morning. Although Marriott refunded my money and paid for my night at Best Western, they should have at the very least offered me a one nights stay in one of their properties for the HUGE inconvenience they caused. I may not ever again stay at a Marriott if this is their norm.
