Communication with check in staff is very convenient via WhatsApp and prompt to respond. Instructions to collect keys and locating the designated parking spot are clear. Apartment is clean though the furnishing is spartan; will be more homely if the place is spruced up. The water heater and water pressure in the common bathroom didn’t work for us though; but the bathroom in the master bedroom worked well. Location is very convenient; almost next door to Aeon Mall.

Dirty apartment, all the drains blocked showering for more than 2 minutes was not possible as you’d flood the bathroom, utensils are dirty and floor was oily. Kettle had old left over water from someone else

For a 1 night pit stop this apartment was fine. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and good lounge/kitchen space. There was a washing machine but no tumble dryer. Communication via WhatsApp was efficient and they were very responsive. Swimming pool was shared between all the RF Princess tower blocks and looked amazing but we didn't have time to take a dip. There is so much building work going around there as they're building a 3rd block (with 3 towers) as part of the complex and also for the new border train link. Didn't bother us too much but our Seaview Bay apartment could see the sea to the East and construction. Felt mislead as photos showed Causeway and sea with West sunset views. We were on foot arriving at JB Sentral and found a link bridge through to the Mall. There was another bridge to get across to the complex which was impossible to find the entrance to, so we then ended up on the road trying to find the entrance to our block. Once we (finally) got there it was easy to follow the instructions to get the key and head up. We then found the bridge link from by the pool back across to the mall which made it much quicker to get around (but you would need your key to get to your apartment via the lifts). The area had lots of restaurants along by the Opera House overlooking the Causeway, plus the Mall. All good for our 1 night and to get a taste of JB.

Great and amazing experience. Value for money. 5 star experience and for the price, it was really a steal. Only complain is the distance away from amenities as it was quite secluded and you need a car to access this resort. It’s not easily accessible by other means of transport.
