This Point Blue condo is located on the second floor overlooking the ocean with beachfront access just steps away. From this point you can walk the beach and enjoy Simpson Bay and all it's beauty. This luxury condo is within walking distance to the casino, top restaurants, grocery, bus stop and water taxi.

Whether you are a party seeker or enjoy quiet times, appreciate early mornings and the calm of nature or late, late nights filled with more sophisticated entertainment, this point blue condo will be the perfect location for you while visiting Sint Maarten.

The units open floor plan allows for private space when traveling with a large family or multiple couples. There are three bedrooms with king size beds, each with a private bath. A large well-appointed kitchen and dining area that accommodates 8 people. A graciously appointed living area with tv and a work desk for those who can't get away. For your convenience, the unit provides a full size washer and dryer, wi-fi, cd player and cable tv. The screened in sun room which overlooks the ocean has another relaxing area with a bar table seating for 8, just perfect for that morning coffee or late night glass of wine. From the patio enjoy the awesome views the breath taking sunsets, the cruise ships and sailboats as they pass by. The patio is the perfect place to sun yourself, sit under the palm trees and swim in the pool all right outside of your condo.

Great vacation!
We had a wonderful time and everything was perfect. What a wonderful location, close to restaurants and bars within walking distance. Great access to the beach, views from the condo were amazing! This rental was superbly stocked with everything you need! There is nothing I would change. We had a couple of slight issues and they were dealt with immediately. We will definitely rent again if we return to St. Martin.

Outstanding 3 bedroom condo
We had a wonderful stay at the condo! The most wonderful view from screened in porch! Very clean and comfortable! Everything was exactly as listed on ad! Would LOVE to come back! The other people staying at the condo complex were so nice and fun to be around! But if u didn’t want to hang with them u don’t have to. I would give this condo a 10 star if I could!

Communication issue
We did not realize that there was no beach to enjoy with this property. No access to water from condo. Had to travel to enjoy a beach. Pictures indicated there was a hot tub and none of the water(pool or wading pool) was heated. Represented there were tvs in every bedroom and there wasn't. Tub in master didn't work. People were in condo to clean on last day at 10:00 am without any notice. Restaurants and beaches are not accessible without a vehicle unless you are ready for a long walk up an down hills. Was very spacious.

Amazing home away from home in paradise.
Everything was perfect! Great communication prior to the trip with the very thoughtful owners prior to the trip. Housekeeping and property managers were very professional, courteous, and responsive. We have stayed all over the Caribbean and this was by far the greatest experience!

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view of the beach. We had an amazing time on the island. The condo is equipped with everything you would ever need. It’s close to shopping, restaurants, and a casino. I would definitely stay here again.

great condo.....even better view!
Large condo with everything you need for a perfect vacation......including spectacular sunset views! Plenty of room for three couples (king-sized beds with en-suite baths), well-stocked kitchen, if you choose to cook. Lots of restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store. We walked everywhere, but this might be a challenge for some.

We stayed here for two weeks in March 2018. Two adults, 4 daughters (17, 15, 13, 8). We would absolutely return, and we may need too since our timeshare won't be up and running for 2019. The unit is bright, clean, and spacious. Everytime I looked for something I found it..toaster, blender, insulated mugs for poolside drinks, etc. it was all there. The best feature is the master bedroom has a sliding door to the sunroom, so you can sleep while hearing the waves crash, and wake up with the sun. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with showers, and a bonus half bath is in the central hall. Very nice washer/dryer was much appreciated. All linens, pillows, beds, and furniture appear to be new , and of good quality. Weekly housekeeping was provided by Juliette, she is a sweetheart, and did an excellent job cleaning the place from top to bottom, changing sheets, towels, etc. The unit also had beach towels, and a nice array of pool floats (this was an unexpected surprise). Internet and wifi were sufficient to keep teenagers content, and adults connected to business. The property itself is well maintained, and very secure. Exterior lighting, parking and paths are all in good condition. The pool area is enclosed accessible only by gate code, plenty of quality sunbeds, chairs and tables. The palms, and gardens are coming back after Irma and are looking lush. All in all this unit was perfect for our needs, we have been to the island countless times, and would highly recommend Point Blue.

Lovely and spacious unit!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Point Blue in February 2018. The unit is HUGE and very well appointed. There are multiple lounge/seating areas (one in the covered/inside screened porch area and one in main living room) and multiple dining areas (one large dining table next to kitchen and one high-top table in the porch area). While our smaller group was there for a quiet vacation so didn’t really utilize this aspect, we counted the available seating in the unit at about 30 people, so you could have one really good cocktail party if you so desired. The kitchen was very well and thoughtfully stocked, with any tableware or gadgets needed. Having a washer and dryer (full size) was a nice bonus. The location in popular Pelican Key is very nice, and the unit feels very private – while there are a few other units in the building, it’s a small building, and each entry feels separate/private. We enjoyed walking around Pelican Key in the morning – you can get some stunning views by a quick walk to some of the upper roads. Very nice stay!
