Room had no soap rags we hard and dingy floor wasn’t cleaned not enough pillows on bed

Terrible

Roaches. No shampoo, no coffee maker or coffee or anything in the whole place. Everything falling apart. Tv did not work. No remote control even if it did!

Terrible

Roooqas roach infested. Hotel needs to be closed tented and fumagated. Will never stay there or any Woodspring ever.

NEVER COMING BACK TO ROACH MOTEL!!!

Roaches galore I was the visitor not the bugs! ON ALL FLOORS! THERE WAS ONPY A FACE TOWEL IN MY ROOM. THE BEDDING HAD CLEARLY NOT BEEN CHANGED. WHEN I WALKED IN THERE WERE ASHES ON THE STOVE. Got refunded for a night which is taking forever to get my money back. Would NOT COME BACK EVER!

I guess it could be worse

It was difficult getting the towels swapped out even though I had to pay an extra $10 for linen service to have it daily. I ended up having to take the dirty linens and chase someone down to get clean ones. Also, when I checked in the guy tried to charge me a crazy amount (not what I had on my reservation), then he fixed it, but it was still a little off. and finally I suppose, there were some roaches crawling down the wall in my room. Not the outside kind, the little house cockroachs. I was worried I might carry them home with me in my luggage or something. So I kept most of my belongings locked in my car. Not convenient. But.....it was close to where I needed to be and that was important to me. So location was great.

Roach motel

My experience at woodspring suits was terrible! When I arrived and finally made it to our room there was a fool smell and roaches everywhere

Never Again!

Motel stunk of cigarettes and nastiness. Roaches. Trash all up and down hallways. Elevator had to be the slowest ever. Will never stay here again.

Non satisfaction

Room smelled horrible. I had to change bed sheets twice. The third time getting sheets I just left them and slept in my clothes. I stayed because I just got off the road from traveling it was already late and I was tired. The room smelled horrible. Not only the bed had bad sheets with Pee stains but it had hair all over the bed also. Terrible experience. That place needs help

Bring your own shampoo, hair dryer and coffee.

We arrived late. The bathroom was not clean, no towels, no soap, no shampoo or conditioner. No coffee maker in room. Website said hair dryer on request which was not true! Contacted hotel manager by email and he never replied. The front desk gave us towels and one was very dirty.
