Nice hotel in Simsbury if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel to use as a base for your visit. Hopefully the pool will be open soon.

The room was immaculate. Priced right! Definitely retro but the bed was very comfortable.

Expensive for what you get and mean staff

We barely got a welcome when we tried to check in during normal check in hoursa (3pm). The lady was pretty mean asking me for my cc to pay for the room even though I thought I already paid for it via expedia. Just very annoyed that I wanted to check in at all. The room was ok. Nothing special. Smelled musky. No perks to staying here except the little terrace from our room, but we didnt use it because it was too cold. Wish they had at least a coffee maker or tea maker. Anyways. Wont be staying here again

FINE FOR NO FRILLS STAY

Pros: Close to where I was visiting.
Cons: The windows really need to washed.
Location: Visiting - not there for the area attractions.
Close to where I wanted to be - satisfactory and half the price. The staff (owners) were very nice and would accommodate any requests. Would stay there again.
