It started very well with a service minded receptionis, but I was declared, the credit card machine don't work and I have to pay cash. No service in the pool area and it was clients with screaming kids there, they were not hotel guest. Ok massage and friendly therapist. Breakfast was a joke, very few products and the hot food was cold. Only one selection of tea. 1 waiter & 1 waitris, none asked if we wanted some help or offer something special as esspresso or cappucion. Room service was fast and the food rich. During our stay, mainly all staff was located in the bar area to chit chat or watching TV. When I wanted to check out the evening before, early departure next day, the receptionist was very worried about I should use the minibar....if I do i pay cash. I handed over the cash money for the bill, sorry we don't have any change, can you go and change your money. Sorry, there was my drop, is this a 4 star hotel, shall I as a client take care of changing money? I would recommend to degree this hotel to a 2 star hotel as well lower the prices. I will not recommend the hotel or use the hotel again.
