The morning of my stay, I got an email from them saying they want tl charge me 200% of what I initially paid through Expedia on top of my initial payment. When I emailed them back and said that doesn't look right and I need some more information, they stopped responding and never sent me the access information to the property. First, she was very upset about the internet speed that she had to work with (not my problem!), then she asked me how I would like to pay (everything was already paid for since the reservation was made!) and top of all was in the morning when she told me she had to wait for 20 minutes because I was late for breakfast (what else beside smoking and drinking coffee did she have to do, anyway?)”
