ideally placed to MRT and lots of local eateries

Pros: the amenities and added extras
Cons: maybe the replenishing of toiletries and coffee could be better but could get when asked
Location: Next to MRT Raffles Place,local eateries and only ten minute walk from Marina Sands and 15 minutes to the gardens by the Bay
this hotel and the staff were excellent making our stay perfect. he little touches,friendliness and professionalism made us feel our comfort was important. cannot criticise anything bar the price of a slingapore sling on last night as felt we should try-maybe ask price before you order. would definitely stay again

Good Location - uncomfortable furniture/poor gym

Pros: Location
Cons: Clean the gym, fix the equipment
The Ascott is generally a good place in most cities, but a lot of the gym equipment wasn't working, the staff there didn't know how to fix and a lot was very sweaty and unclean. The setup in the room was just OK. The bed and kitchen area were good, but the table and chairs were uncomfortable.

One of the best hotel for staycation

Pros: Everything. Even the swimming pool is nice!
Cons: Nothing
Location: This hotel is right smacked in the middle of CBD & near many skyscrapers. Access to mrt is only 1-2 mins away.
It couldnt have been any better. Room was spacious, full of amenities such as iron board, kitchen utensils, full top down fridge, oven, washing machine, partition of rooms, bathtub etc... The room smells nice the moment we step in & goodness it was one of the best hotels I have stayed with my family ever! Thanks Ascott for the wonderful experience.

Facilities/Cleanliness/Service

Speaker Surround in the room not working. Hair Dryer Spoilt. Room was clean BUT the cups and glasses shown thumbprint. Bed has Bed Bugs. I slept the whole night Scratching my body.Got Bites too. Aircon Not working well according to Temperature set. I booked last min.. Staff did not explain the room i be given was not according to what i booked due to no enough rooms for the night. I was given Handicapped Room Instead of Studio. Spent a night on that room and got changed the next day.

We are truly sorry for the lackluster cleaning standard of the cups and glasses in your Suite and we would like to assure you our Housekeeping Manager shall be investigating and counseling our team members concerned as we truly want to seek immediate improvements in this area. All of us are also sorry for the unserviceability of the speakers and for the inopportune incident whereby you sustained bites. Kindly allow us to explain as this Suite is currently occupied and the present residents have not provided us with similar feedback, our team members shall be arranging to meet these residents to enquire about their stay experience and request for our team members to check on these matters so our team members can carry out the necessary corrective works. It was a bad expirence Booked with hotels and got the worst room in the hotel Breakfast was awful, pre made and over priced cost $60 and could not eat half should have gone to Starbucks Happy to leave and move cross town
