Clean and nice

Arrived at the hotel at 6:30am was able to check in by 11am since the room open up. The only thing that needed improvement is the server at Prego, I was not told that the first breakfast was not included (at front desk). I was then told that I can charge it to the room, but after 10 minutes of sitting down, I was told to pay first. Checks are suppose to come last and when I ask, not within 10 minutes of sitting down after a long flight. Paid extra for lounge floor but never got a chance to use it. The room is spacious and clean. Best part is the bathroom, so relaxing.
