Dear Wenqian, I am sorry to learn of the disappointment of your stay. The faulty AC unit has been repaired. This door leads to the connecting room next door BUT there is another door in between your door and the other room. And there is no handle on that door, so rest assured that you cannot enter the other room or vice versa, unless the guests in the connecting room are your friends or family and they open their side of the door for you. This room door configuration is in line with the standard requirement of connecting rooms in hotels worldwide. The safety of our guests is of upmost importance to us.
