Small is too small and with no windows. Managed to top up but got a room with a very small window.
Staff is friendly. Stayed before and had a better experience. A tad expensive

All rooms are very small - but Deluxe rooms are convenient enough. Please note only Deluxe rooms have the refrigerator - Standard room don't have it.

Small rooms are a common feature of budget category accommodation in land-scarce Singapore. Many travellers have found our hotel to be value-for-money. In fact, they appreciate the savings, given that they are out of the hotel for most of the day, spending their time with fun-filled activities here in Singapore.

It is a budget hotel but I was disappointed. The bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like a box springs and the springs would dig into your side. I could never get the shower hot which was annoying. Also when we would walk in after being gone a day it would have a bad, almost sewage type smell to it. The room service was done late in the day like around 4 or one day as late as 5. I’d pay more money for somewhere else in the future.
The room is clean and comfortable. But it will be better if the room has a window.

As most of our guests do not utilise this amenity, coupled with the wide availability of public parking spaces in the immediate vinicity, our hotel does not provide many lots on-site.
Bottled water are placed in the rooms when our Housekeeping staff clean the rooms. Please accept my apologies if there has been a lapse in this area.

Upon check in we was asked to go to Frangrance Seaview due to air con down in waterfront.
The Receptionist was very polite with a smile she appologise and explained to us.

I am living at Room 306. The air-conditioner is really loudy all nights long. There is even a small door between the room next to me, I can quietly walk into that room with no lock, which is unsafe for both of the customer. So terrible experience.

I am sorry to learn of the disappointment of your stay. The faulty AC unit has been repaired.
This door leads to the connecting room next door BUT there is another door in between your door and the other room. And there is no handle on that door, so rest assured that you cannot enter the other room or vice versa, unless the guests in the connecting room are your friends or family and they open their side of the door for you. This room door configuration is in line with the standard requirement of connecting rooms in hotels worldwide. The safety of our guests is of upmost importance to us.
