좋은 호텔

8월 2박하는 동안 아무 불편없이 편안히 보냈습니다. 단 옥에 티는 대중교통수단과 좀 떨어져 있는점 빼고는 아주 좋았음. 특히 체크 인, 체아웃시 한국인 직원을 만나 친절히 안내해 줘 좋았습니다.

シンガポールの中心地にあるとても快適なホテルですが・・・

Pros: 部屋が快適でした。エアコンもちょうどいいです。
Cons: スタッフがあまりフレンドリーではないような気がしました。
Location: 中心地にありますが、交通の便はあまりよくないような気がします。 ただ、シンガポールの場合は、タクシー代が格安なので、タクシーに乗るならあまり気にしなくてもいいかも。 空港までは25~30分ぐらい見ておいた方がいいでしょう。 あと、夜遊びにはあまり向かない場所ですかね。
シンガポールの中心地にあるものの、地下鉄等で行くにはちょっと駅が遠い(歩ける距離ですが、そこはやはり暑いシンガポールですから…)ところを除けば、シンガポール川が目の前を流れており、名前のとおりWaterfrontです。海ではないですけどね。 部屋は広くて、快適です。エアコンもちょうどいい温度に設定されており、寒くも暑くもない本当にぴったりの設定です。 ショッピングセンターにもつながっており、非常に便利なところもいいですね。 朝食会場はフロントの目の前のオープンな喫茶風なレストランですが、味はまぁまぁというところでしょうか。

ホテルは綺麗で朝食ビュッフェも美味しく最高でした。 ホテル内にはジム設備やテニスコート、プールなどもあり、充実してます。

Disappointed

The room smelt like wet dog, but we arrived at midnight so thought we would hopefully be able to move rooms the next day... When asked at reception to change rooms we were abvised they would confirm with housekeeping if the room did actually smell and switch rooms if needed... We went out for the day and returned to find some machin in the room which seemed to be taking moisture out of the air which stopped the smell, but no explanation and the machine was extremely noisy... We had 2 bottles of water supplied, the norm for any hotel these days but usually not enough and was $18 for 2 bottles of Evian... I would not recommend this hotel, but everyone to their own...

Close to the city and gardens by the bay.

Pros: Good size rooms, very comfortable bed. Everything we needed was in the rooms.
Cons: Cannot think of anything!
Location: A 12 minute taxi ride to the Gardens by the Bay. About the same into the city. Taxi fares are very reasonable in Singapore.
Loved everything about this hotel, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious. Although it was near the city, we still had to get taxi' s everywhere. Unfortunately I broke my ankle 4 weeks before we left for Singapore. I did manage to walk to Clarke Quay which was very close from the hotel ....lots of places to eat over that way. Thank you Mary Jeow for making our stay very enjoyable. And the lovely Romeo who always had a smile for us!

Pros: Very high standard hotel.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Plenty of restaurants, river boats.Short 15 minute stroll to Clark key.
Very nice hotel value for money, close to everything. Taxis inexpensive so everything within 3-4 kilometres. Food very nice with a good range.

Comfortable stay, Fabulous view!

The hotel stay is great! However, I held my wedding banquet there. Banquet management was not fantastic. Would not recommend holding banquet here. Also, their 'promo rate' for banquet clients is higherthan I paid online. Shameful.

酒店環境不錯, 服務員態度好有善. 唯一是地點有點不太方便 要到MRT STATION都要步行10-15分鐘. 溫馨提示 : 酒店沒有提供拖鞋, 最好自備. :P

Hotel by the river.

Pros: The river location is good for some nice walks in the area and across the bridge were some nice restaurants. The hotel bus was good for getting around
Cons: The cleanliness of the bathroom at the junction of the floor and skirting and shower door. The windows were very dirty externally.
Location: The location by the river was good for nice walks to nearby alternative restaurants and close to the bus stops.
I chose the Hotel as it was by the river as the site photographs showed a nice seating area with tables and chairs outside. Sadly it appeared that this did not happen and the doors from the hotel to that area were not opened until 11am. The check in went smoothly and all the staff were always very friendly and helpful. The reception area was very big but not many comfortable chairs to sit on .There was no comfortable lounge area to sit and have a quiet drink as the Bar - recption area - Dining Room - and the food area was all in one with the associated noise from it. However the areas were always of a high standard as were the staff. There was a very good selection of food well prepared and tasty. Would have liked a better selection of yogurt freshly made as against the small commercial packs.

川沿いの便利な立地

川沿いに建つホテルからの眺めは良く、少し歩けば観光客向けではなく、シンガポール在住の方達が利用するレストラン街に行けてとても便利な場所でした。スタッフの方々も親切で気持ち良く滞在出来ました。
