Too crowded lobby , but its a big hotel lots of checking in / out . Buffet food is ok , chose 3rd floor buffet as it wasnt offered to us , but changed the next day . Good area to walk around , very good transportation system

The check in time took about half an hour. Trainee staff did the check in and no senior staff came to assistance. The location was good. Internal facility and bathroom condition was average

Building and area is absolutely fine but rooms are too small first of all, there is no place other than BED, same goes for bath rooms, too small. No bell boy who can take your luggage, No Laundry service or Ironing service, you have to go to 4th floor and do it by yourself.

The rooms do not look at all like the photos. Very small and spartan and felt more like jail cells - no warmth or welcoming character at all, hard floors and grey tones everywhere. This is listed as the "largest mid price hotel in Singapore" and it showed. The lobby was always noisy and busy. It was not a peaceful and tranquil place to stay. The pool facilities were nice and, given the number of people who stay here, the pool was not overrun with guests (thankfully!) This is rated as a 3.5 star proprety and that is about appropriate. Personally, I would not give this hotel more than 3 stars! Overall, I did not like this property and would never stay here again.

The property is a good place for tourists but it has its own disadvantages as well like hot water wasn’t working and when asked to solve the issue / give a new room, the staff person was very rude . When asked for anything , it took ages for them to respond. But on the flip side , the food was good in the restaurant.
