We had two separate bookings, which I guess slightly complicated things. The checking-in process was super slow. Love the idea of glass bottles for tap water to save plastic waste. Singapore tap water is clean and safe to drink. The room is lovely to look at but poorly designed. Do people who design these rooms never stay in them?

Loved our stay here. Room was nice, the whole hotel was immaculate and well looked after. The rooftop pools were lovely and we had it to ourselves which was nice. Would be nice if everyone could have access to the infinity pool but nothing else negative to say.

Had an overall nice stay. Some improvements could be made at the front desk - check-in took us close to 20 minutes with no real explanation from staff as to what the issue was. Upon checkout, we were asked to speak to concierge in the downstairs lobby to book a taxi, only to find that the concierge desk was unstaffed (understandably due to it being early in the morning). However, these are mostly minor gripes. The rooms are large, spacious and clean, and staff are friendly and polite. Some wear and tear beginning to show (e.g. holes in the blackout curtains) but otherwise very comfortable.

Very well located, right next to the MRT station, and walking distance from a lot of great cafes and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and the staff are really nice. I would highly recommend!
