Excellent room, great pool and a good gym. Staff helpful and friendly. Excellent location near MRT and walkable to Little India. Comfortable bed, hot shower. We were kept awake by some noisy people but after phoning reception the noise stopped. Kate check out and ability to use facilities after checkout was very helpful.

I expected this to be just another five star hotel. A good and pleasant stay. But the hotel exceeded expectations on so many ways. In particular the staff were exceedingly friendly and efficient and the pool area is amazing. The gym is also very good. I will happily stay here again.

We spent 5 nights here and loved it. We arrived about 3am due to flight complications and check-in could not have been smoother. We had our room upgraded to a Mint Premium room on the 19th floor and we were very impressed with it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping were amazing and went beyond what they should have to look after us. The pool is a great way to cool down on a hot Singapore afternoon. The only thing I would mention is that the light switches in the room have some sort of motion detector or similar that switch on a backlight to make it easy to find them in the dark of night. These kept on coming on while we were asleep and were a little disturbing. But this was a very minor thing and did not detract from how impressed we were with the hotel. Also, the location is excellent. Very close to the Farrer Park MRT which made it easy to get around. Also, if you like to make sure your shower is a good one, this rates well.
