The room design felt a bit old, but I felt it was really classy and the bath tub was such a nice touch! Super comfy bed too. Initially the blackout curtain didn’t work, but all was good after the hotel sent an engineer to fix it. I loved the location - it was so convenient to get food around the area and travel using public transport, since the hotel was under 5 min to Promenade MRT. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the staff for all they did for helping us celebrate our anniversary!

I had a long 14-night stay but I only had one meal in the hotel which reflected the low attractiveness and limited varieties of the overall F&B. Besides, the pool as well as its poolside bar are below the general standard of such grade of hotel. The general condition of some of the amenities in room is old. Electrical kettle was broken down during my stay, and two of the power sockets were not working at all.

Five star hotel with a one star customer service. I made a booking in July for my stay on December 25-27. We came to the hotel without knowing that they are not accepting guests as they are used as quarantine facility. They advised us that they blast an email to all guests on December 23 which I didn’t receive on my normal inbox. It went to spam message as it was just an email blast. We are paying for a premium service of a five star hotel and if no response from customer, will they not even pick up a call for 1 minute to inform? And why would they only inform me on the 23rd December for my stay on the 25th? No chance to find another replacement because all the rates have more than doubled and their refund process will take 10 working days. What’s the point of booking my stay 6 months in advance to enjoy better rates on December 25? They said they have one room available at their other property but the manager is not willing to approve the transfer as the price was too expensive to replace my booking. They would like me to pay the difference between what I paid in July and the price on that day. Why are they giving me current price/last minute booking price on December 25 and ask me to pay the difference? Why would they ask me to pay for their ineffective communication/customer service? Other customers had similar incidents according to the concierge but they are able to move them to other hotels. Too bad for us that we need to go home on December 25.

Outstanding service from Hotel Staff!
What was amazing was Pan Pacific Service. Was not notified that PP had restricted residencies. Thankfully Javi managed to help me secure a room at their sister hotel parkroyal collection Marina Bay. Checking in was a breeze w attentive front office officers.
