Good location for dining options and fun to eat at Lau Pau Sat. Very convenient for working in the CBD. Beware booking a room on the Heritage side of the hotel. Whilst the rooms are beautiful, they directly overlook Robinson road, which is very noisy, all night long. Much better to stay in the smaller rooms overlooking the service road. No view but totally quiet at night. I would stay here again, but avoid the Heritage wing

We stayed 4 night at Hotel Telegraph and had a wonderfull experience. All the staff were super helpful and attentive from when we arrived until we left. I had purchased a sim on my 2nd day and was having trouble getting it to work but the staff was able to help me figure out how to complete the setup and also helped me set up the Grab app so that I would order on the ride sharing app for convenient transport. My aunt has a disability and requires wheelchair assistance at times and they were always quick to help with the wheelchair up or down the small number of steps in the lobby. The rooms were very nice and clean with comfortable beds. We liked the use of the iPad control for the room lights, curtains and TV which was very convenient as you didn't need to get out of bed if you were too tired from a long day. The hotel was not too far from Gardens by the Bay and the Marina Bay Sands area and also walking distance (if you are happy to walk in the heat) to Chinatown. It was also right next door to Lau Pa Sat one of the Hawker Halls, which was very convenient if you wanted to pop over in the morning for a quick breakfast coffee or last dinner. At night they block off the street between the hotel and the Hawker Hall for Satay Street and have tables and chairs laid out for dinning. The smokey bbq smell was always very enticing. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Singapore and would book here again if I come back to Singapore :)

Hotel telegraph was excellent and exceeded our expectations in nearly all areas. Room was luxurious with many nice touches. We normally stay in the orchard road area when we stay in Singapore but the financial district area was better with a short walk to the hawker markets and nice bars and restaurants in the older parts of the town. Hotel was a 10-15 minute walk to marina bay sands area. Loved it here and will book again when next in Singapore. Thanks!
