シンガポールリゾートホテル

Pros: 静かで落ち着いている。
Cons: 朝食だけの利用ですが、混雑していたせいか、サービスがあまり良くない。
Location: ユニバーサルスタジオ、シーアクリウム、ビーチ、カジノ等たくさんあります。
シンガポールで静かなリゾートを味わう事ができます。オーチャードに出るにもシャトルバスで行け、セントーサ島近くのVivocityとユニバーサルスタジオにもシャトルバスが出ているので、観光、ショッピングも便利です。ホテルゲストには、セントーサ島に、タクシーで入る際、通行料が無料になるカードが渡されます。インテリアもガーデンも素敵です。

優閒舒適的酒店

Pros: 多謝這幾天在酒店門前迎賓的一位男職員, 他的笑容很自然, 服務也很主動, 例如主動詢問我們去哪裡,然後為我們作介紹、主動協助我們拍合照等, 非常不錯. 還有酒店預早為我們準備的節日佈置及生日旦糕等, 多謝您們為我們添上一個難忘的快樂體驗.
Cons: 每天執房的職員一天較一天馬虎, 例如沒有添置咖啡奶、沒有更換浴袍等, 希望這點可以改善. 另外我們一共訂了四晚的兩間客房, 但卻沒有編排在一起, 這會使我們這些家庭旅客造成不便
Location: 名勝世界是一個值得一到的地方, 這一帶已集結了環球影城、水上樂園、3D相館、馬來西亞食街等必到景點.
酒店十分優雅舒適, 每天也可與大自然及孔雀為伴, 很適合喜歡悠閒寧靜的旅客及小朋友. 乘坐酒店免費巴士到名勝世界只需8分鐘車程, 到Vivo City也只是十多分鐘, 很方便的一個選擇. 唯每天執房的職員一天較一天馬虎, 例如沒有添置咖啡奶、沒有更換浴袍等, 希望這點可以改善. 另要多謝這幾天在酒店門前迎賓的一位男職員, 他的笑容很自然, 服務也很主動, 例如主動詢問我們去哪裡,然後為我們作介紹、主動協助我們拍合照等, 非常不錯. 還有酒店預早為我們準備的節日佈置及生日旦糕等, 多謝您們為我們添上一個難忘的快樂體驗.

Nice environment, good view, close to beach. Just the gym and spa a bit far away.

Could have been better....

The pool bar closes at 6pm? The pool closes at 7? Cmon people, it's hot in Singapore! Outrageously exoensive drinks. No happy hour. Room staff didn't replace my milk, so no morning coffee, and to top it all off, i got food poisoning from one of the restaurants. Not a great experience to spend over $500 per night on.....

As for the pool closure, due to the safety reasons the timing was set to 7pm and just for your info LeBar offers Happy Hour daily from 7pm to 9pm (excluding public holidays). Excellent resort experience

Pros: Very tidy n nice room, nice breakfast, fish massage, bar. They prepare night chocolate in room made us feel warm.
It was great to stay in this resort! My partner love it and will come again!

Fantastic Family Hotel with excellent staff.

Pros: Very traditional architecture with modern facilities. Loved the restaurant for breakfast, the pool and poolside bar and the Le Bar at night.
Cons: Pool comment above. Signage for toilets could be more visable.
Location: Sentosa is an excellent entertainment precinct. Universal Studios, underwater world, cable cars, luge, ifly, beaches and food outlets, and more.
What a lovely hotel in a tropical setting. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help and give advice. The Sofitel bus drivers were fantastic and drove well. The facilities were good and we had everything we needed. It would be nice if the pool could have a central island running down the middle at least 3 metres wide and stepped from 1.5, 1.3, 1.1 meters so that smaller in height people can use the whole of the pool. This could even be prefabricated and craned in. You would find that more people would use the pool.

酒店不錯,住得舒服 There're peacocks everywhere in the hotel. It was nice. And get some small snacks from hotel every night.

A great place to get away

I so enjoyed staying here, I was here for business, but I would come back for a vacation. The resort overall is great, close enough to the city, and an easy walk down to the beach. The pool was also very nice, and their spa was amazing! The room I had was great, it felt very new and it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was wonderful, always very helpful, friendly, and warm. They have a couple of restaurants, and I most enjoyed sitting at the bar outside in the afternoon. Thank you for an amazing time!!!

癒しのくつろぎの空間

セントーサ島のパラワンビーチ近くに立地して、静かな空間でとても癒されました。 ホテル全体は、全面改修後で、とてもきれいで、気持ち良かったです。プールもとても泳ぎやすくゆったりと過ごせました。 食事もメニューが豊富で、つい食べ過ぎてしまいました。 シャトルバスを有効に活用して、アミューズメント施設やショッピングに出掛けることができました。 帰国の日に、日本人ご夫妻にめぐり合い、三年連続で利用されていると聞き、納得して帰国の途につきました。リピーターになりそうです。
