日本人が少ないホテル

GWに利用しました。仕事から離れてすごしたかったため、日本人が少ないといわれるこのホテルを選択してみました。 流石にGWなので数組の日本人は滞在していましたが、あまり気にすることなくすごせました。 チェックイン後、荷物が迷子になり部屋に来なかったり、なぜか2名宿泊なのにエクストラベッドが部屋にあったりしましたが、電話でフロントにお願いするとすぐに対応してもらえました。 食事もおいしいので、子のホテルに宿泊するときには外に観光に行くのではなく、プールサイドでゆっくり本を読みながらホテル滞在を楽しむのも良いかもしれません。

Newly renovated and tranquil getaway.

Pros: Quiet location. Suitable for families as well as couples. Peacocks & peahens roaming around. Provides all types of food & drinks for whole day dining.
Cons: More consistency in service and management. To achieve the namesake of the new wings - peace & tranquility.
Location: Short walk to beach & southern most point of continental asia. Shuttle buses to attractions & mainland.
My family had looked forward to long weekend @ Sofitel for a tranquil getaway. We experienced mixed feelings due to staffing issues & management. Housekeeping was non-existent on day 3 & staff shortage was felt @ cafe during b'fast. Overall, we still enjoyed ourselves & would recommend it. The place is nostalgic for us as we have been coming here for weekend getaway since 1996 & have experienced different syles of hotel management over the years. It is beautifully restored & refurbished albeit teething problems under new management.

Sentosa Hotel visit

Pros: The grounds, location, swimming pool and water ponds design concept and bar location.
Cons: Both restaurants offer good food but this should be improved to very good/excellent.
Location: On Sentosa Island so good location for beach/swim, jogging, outdoors, etc.
Excellent grounds, good swimming pool, bar and facilities. The restaurants are good but they should improve to being very good. The hotel had the wrong booking so I was initially allocated the wrong room which reception changed. The location on Sentosa is very nice with the beach being very close.

Lovely hotel. Room was nice size.

Check in was easy and room was decent size. The rug under the desk had quite a few stains on it other than the the room was lovely and clean. The rain shower was great after a humid day out. Loved the nightly treats left on my bedside table. Staff were helpful in every way and we really appreciated the late 3pm checkout.

“Luxurious resort with outstanding service”

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing.
Outstanding, amazing, fabulous. How many superlatives can you use to describe this hotel and staff. From Ariel and Isaac (Concierge) who were always on hand to assist with a friendly smile and a courteous manner. Charlotte and Siva at LeBar who worked tirelessly to ensure we were looked after with our needs and wishes, which incorporated a birthday surprise for my wife, which Siva arranged, which made it extra special. The facilities at this hotel are outstanding, especially the pool area which was maintained/serviced by 3 guys, 2 of which went out of their way to either keep your glass full of iced/mint water or 1 which always bought you an ice cream in the morning (Sumet). There were always fresh towels available, no issue with availability of beds. All staff stand out with high levels of pride in customer service. We cannot thank all the staff including the Cleaning Manager, Reception staff, Bar Staff, Restaurant Staff for making our stay a truly memorable one. A hotel that we are quite happy to recommend to others.

良いところと悪いところが両極端だった

Pros: 朝食(バイキング形式)の種類が豊富でとてもおいしかった。 朝食で出されたデザートも、フラトンホテルのハイティーで出されたデザート(こちらもおいしかった)よりもっとおいしかった。 ホテルのスタッフも常に笑顔で接してくれて、気持ちがよかった。
Cons: ホテルの設備が古臭く、部屋のレイアウトが不便。 ドライアーを使うと、トイレの扉の開閉不可、トイレはウオシュレットでない、金庫は壊れていた。 ハウスキーピングに関して、タオルがなかったり、ティッシュは1枚とって無くなりストックなし、4人で利用させてもらったが、歯ブラシ、スリッパは2人分のみ。
Location: ロケーションは思っていた以上に便利。 VIVO CITY行きホテルバスを使って、途中USS前で降車できたし、バス3でビーチフロントへ行ってセグウェイも楽しめた。セントーサ島を中心に遊ぶ場合はとても便利。 また、本土へもタクシーが比較的安いため、チャイナタウンへも$20、20分程度で行けた。
とても良かったのは、朝食の種類がとても豊富でおいしかったこと。スタッフの皆さんが笑顔で接してくれて、気持ちがよかった。 一方、とても残念だったのは、ホテルの対応・連携。 鍵が壊れて締め出された。 夜遅くホテルに戻り、セキュリティーの人が来て鍵を開けるまで、別の部屋で1時間近く待機することになった。 翌日、朝食から部屋にもどったときも、しばらく外で待たなければならなかった。 このような不便な目にあったんだから、スタッフ任せにせず、責任者が関係者間で連携させたり、お詫びにきたりするのが常識と思うが、全くなく、個々のスタッフ任せに感じた。

Luxushotel in toller Lage auf Sentosa/Singapur

Wunderschönes Hotel auf Sentosa, tolle Zimmer, grosser Pool mit genügend Liegen und einem super auferksamen Team. Frühstück perfekt (wirklich alles wird angeboten), allerdings recht teuer, da nicht im Zimmerpreis dabei. Die Mitarbeiter alle hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Angenehmer Shuttel-Service von/auf die Insel (alle 30 Minuten). Das gesamte F&B-Angebot grossartig! Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen, ich hatte eine tolle Woche dort und konnte mich nach dem Sightseeing in Singapur im Hotel wunderbar entspannen!

Luxury hotel

Was perfect there is some delay in room service but in general its good. Also the location inside sentosa not very good but they provide us with shuttle.

Perfect for golf club!

Pros: Staff and layout
Cons: Prices are a little bit steep and drinks ordered weren't always what was delivered.....
Location: Universal Studios, Tiger Tower, Beaches - all on the island and the mainland is a short (and cheap) taxi ride away
We visited for the Take That concert at the Golf Club and the hotel was perfect - prefect location, great service, friendly staff, lovely rooms
