Worst Customer Service ever

Cons: Customer service, I only see them smile when the staff are talking to each other.
The staff is rude upon check-in & upon check-out, staff is not even making eye contact when I hand over the room card. It feels like I owe them a million dollar to deserve this kind of treatment. Room is cosy & nice.

Good value for money hotel - Overall OK

Pros: Friendly staff, value for money, on bus route (bought an MRT/bus card) ATM (next to Medical Centre) and food court just around the corner.
Cons: Drain smell in bathroom and smell of cigarettes coming via air conditioning (some days).
Location: 20 minute walk from nearest MRT but in the morning there's a free shuttlebus from hotel to nearest one every half hour - see reception for times.
We enjoyed staying here for about a week, the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was queen-sized, with large window (8th floor). It was quiet at night, air conditioning was good and welcome. Free tea and coffee (with sugar and creamer in sachets), and bottled water and toothbrushes with paste. Allowed us to check in early (for a fee) - which was welcome as flight arrived first thing in the morning. Swimming pool on roof but didn't have time to use it. It may have been just our room but we could smell cigarette smoke on some days and complained but we think it was coming in via air conditioner from outside. There was a drain smell in bathroom too - We complained but not fixed - suspect its a building design/tropical heat problem. Bought an air freshener. put plugs in the sink which helped. No restaurant for breakfast but plenty of places to eat next door.

Staff were friendly and gave us wrong direction. Room air condition wasn't working and room isn't clean.

Close to bus stop then 2 stops away from MRT

Price on Expedia 74$ but 89$ on my XPress card. This was overnight stay to get closer to Johor train.

Very noisy hotel with many mid night guest making a lot of noise outside the corridors and closing of doors. Only the location is good.

Affordable hotel

For the price paid, the hotel is alright. The room is quite small but it is still spacious enough to walk around. The pool at the hotel is good and there are quite a lot of food choices near the hotel. However, the aircon in the room seems to be not working as the room is still hot despite lowering it to 16 degree celsius. It is also not very near any MRT stations.

mattress quality poor can feel the spring, staffs during mid night hour walking and making alot of noise.
