Great hotel, beautiful amenities and excellent service. My only issue was the dirty glasses delivered to our room on more than one occasion. Otherwise couldn’t fault this hotel.

Lots of attention to decorating hotel. Nice but sometimes overwhelming. Some more simple food options should be available for kids (the picky eaters). Nice pool and great slide for kids. Lots of restaurants close-by.

A bad smell around the hotel lobby and in room, the surface on all furnitures are kind of smudgy, too much chlorine in the swimming pool and limited dining options. Not qualify for 5 star for sure.

Check in took too long . I was supposed to receive the message on my phone when my rooom is ready . Never got the message . Walked at 3 pm to the front desk and room was ready but nobody told me or called me .

We had a fabulous stay at W Singapore - Sentosa Cove hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff provided excellent service. Our room was immaculate and comfortable. A big thank you for arranging the complimentary stroller - it made our trip much easier with a young child. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of restaurants and sights. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, a very positive experience. The combination of a pristine environment, polite and helpful staff, and their willingness to go the extra mile truly sets them apar

After 10 years the property is feeling very dated and run down. The new furniture in the lobby and restaurant are great and the food is finally much better, but the rooms still have the most uncomfortable sofas and lounge room tables, which are completely unusable.

Nice Hotel in need of TLC
We booked this hotel for 2 nights for my partners birthday and were really looking forward to a bit of luxury. The main areas of the hotel are nice and modern but unfortunately our room was a bit tired and in need of some TLC. The curtains were falling off the rails and the carpet left a bit to be desired. However, over all we really enjoyed our stay and did notice that the room down from us was currently being updated so we look forward to returning and trying out a refurbished room. The onsite restaurant SKIRT is a must try, the food was outstanding.

After an initial bumpy start where despite the booking being for 4 people there was only one bed in our Marvellous Suite. We had to pull the mattress off the daybed on the balcony for the children to sleep on for the first night. However, after that the hotel went above and beyond with two single beds in the room the next day. The hotel is lovely and quiet by the marina away from the hustle and bustle. We loved the floating mattresses in the pool! We also loved the fact that you could help yourself to complimentary water throughout the day and the complimentary ice creams for the kids in the afternoon. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The staff are excellent in all areas of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

I've not stayed in a W hotel before. It's a modern 'cool' hotel which in my opinion is not for everybody. The staff are all friendly enough but I couldn't help but sense a general air of arrogance about it all. We stayed for 2 nights and had a double room, which was not very big considering the price. The hotel always seemed busy and arguably there wasn't enough staff available on hand to cope. Location was good if you are enjoying Sentosa. The pool was nice and always busy. The harbour is close by with lots of restaurants on offer and local shots a short walk away. I stayed in an Ibis Styles hotel years ago and couldn't help thinking it was on par with that (except the price!). All in all, I can't say for the price I'd recommend this hotel, shop around to see if you can get a better, bigger room for similar or less money.

Funky hotel with rooms overlooking the marina with the multimillion dollar motor yachts. All hotel facilities were excellent and the adjacent dining precinct had wonderful options.

Room service is good it was very fast, food is nice and generous portions. Outdoor activities for kids are great. 24hrs pool is fantastic. Staff are friendly:) Lost the way from carpark to hotel lobby (no sign). Check-in time was delayed & check-out was slowed. Bed are too soft for me and my wife (47&35).
