In my room #228 the bathroom is in need of renovation. When I went to take a shower the water was pouring out behind the faucet. Had no hot water the rooms dont have microwave in it.

Our room was on the ground floor. Although we did take into consideration the local "wildlife", when we reported that the pregnant lady in this room had seen a cockroach in the bedroom, we had to personally follow up the staff to remind them to fumigate the room. Other than this, our only other recommendation would be that guests are informed their rooms will not be cleaned on a daily basis, but every other day. We were not aware of this at the time of booking or when checking in, and would gladly have paid an extra amount to have this daily service. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable when asked specific questions.
