“Great location, close to the beach, very helpful host!”

“I was visiting Abertawe for one night to see old friends and this was a great place to stay. Perfectly located in the heart of the city and just a short walk away from some great restaurants. The room had a luxury quality to it like the coffee machine and plump bathrobes. My only critique was the curvy headboard wasn’t very comfortable (I move around during the night and kept hitting my head on it!). The staff were lovely when I checked in - taking me and my case direct to my room. Wouldn’t……

“Boutique hotel in the Uplands area of Swansea. Good ambiance as you walk in the door to the hallway. The oriental suite was full of character and great attention to detail to maintain the theme in the room. Plenty of amenities to use whilst in the room. 2 min walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. A great find.”

“I had a terrible experience with my hotel booking yesterday. I made the reservation in the morning and informed the owner, John, that we would arrive late, after 9:00 PM. She told me there would be a £60 late check-in charge, which I agreed to. At 9:00 PM, she messaged me, and I explained that due to traffic and an accident, we would be delayed by about an hour. “Hotel was clean and tidy throughout, as well as the room. All staff were polite and professional. Adequate amount of parking spaces for all guests. Chef prepared food was outstanding.”

“We stay here once or twice a year when visiting friends in Mumbles. It's super convenient, has nice views, and is clean enough. It is dated, not luxury, but fine for our purposes, and cost is reasonable. Beware some rooms are up a lot of stairs after walking up a steep driveway to reach the property.”
