Nice stay

The Tivoli is a nice hotel in a great place (Sintra). The only thing that I personally would change is to have the hotel provide internet service and include it in the price instead of having to deal with a third party and the steps that requires.

Hotel was great

Staff was very helpful, and breakfast was great. Coffee was excellent, parking is good location is good.

Great location but old condition

Cons: Needs a complete update renovation.
The location is great, but the hotel really needs update. Our bathroom ventilation did not work and the room felt damp. While the hotel was only half full, the staff was only willing to move us two doors down on the same lower floor, not upper one with better view.

Excellent, central location for exploring Sintra

Pros: Fantastic views, an open, comfortable foyer and lounge area. Helpful staff, very accomodating and keen to ensure we had a good stay.
Cons: The hotel suited our needs, but if you are looking for swimming pools, gym and additional facilities this hotel wouldn't be the one to choose.
Location: Great location, about 10 minutes walk from the station. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The TIC and Palace only a two minute walk.

very good hotel close to all the sights

Pros: location room was vgood and cleaned daily
Cons: could change carpets or have them steam cleaned
Location: hotel was in the centre of sintra all the sights very close also rail and bus links walking distance
we found location excellent staff very good hotel very good also

Good location and spacious room with balcony

Hotel location was convenient for shopping, restaurants and National Palace. Rooms need some refreshing--stains on carpet, mold on bath tiles, etc. But room was very spacious and comfortable.

Clean hotel

Convenient hotel, but there is no parking normaly! The place behind hotel is not parking normaly! WiFi in the room is the problem too.
