Good location in center of downtown. Staff is available and responsive. Room is large with a great view

Pros: Central position
After having notified the hotel that we would have an extra guest for one night, we were slugged with an additional fee for a roll out bed which was almost the cost of an extra room. Ripped off!!!

Hotel Transylvania

Outdated facility, more like Hotel Transylvania. Got that creepy horor theme going up in the castle if your into that.

Older hotel. Lots of level changes even on the same floor. Rooms are good sized. Breakfast was great.

Nice stay

The Tivoli is a nice hotel in a great place (Sintra). The only thing that I personally would change is to have the hotel provide internet service and include it in the price instead of having to deal with a third party and the steps that requires.
