“Host was responsive while being pretty matter of fact, wouldn’t say I was bowled over with the warmth of his welcome. It’s pretty obvious this place is for those on a budget and the experience and amenities represented that. I only stayed for one night due to what I considered to be unworkable conditions and host was agreeable to refund for the additional nights which is why I’m giving him three stars but ultimately I was out several hundred dollars as the platform fees, etc., were not……

The condo had been renovated with stylish tile, countertops, etc. The island power surges/blips tripped our AC twice, but it was easily reset once we learned the steps needed. “stayed 11 days Feb '26. This is a condo complex. Upon arrival the complex appears dated/tired and the grass was tall. A crew did show to get the landscaping back into shape. Located off a main road and centrally located. Can get to most parts of the island within a 35 minute drive. 5 minutes down the street is a grocery store, another 5 minutes to popular La Reine Chicken Shack. Laundry building is adequate, everything worked, needs paint. The pool water was clean and usable. The stairs,……

“When I arrived the owner came out and showed me exactly where to go. The apartment was small but just what I needed. It was clean, smelled nice, and I appreciate the nice touch of having gentle music and scenery on the TV monitor. Great stay. “We had a great stay. The host was accommodating and accessible. The condo was spacious, clean and homely. Loved the hot water and the shower pressure. We also liked the pool and the property was well kept. The security gate was left open at times and there was some loitering in the evening. The AC was a little loud. The overall price inclusive of fees etc. in my opinion was a bit much. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.”
