Great place to stay!

We were there with below zero temperatures and the hotel was kept warm and the rooms heat worked well too. We stayed at a different hotel in the area for part of our trip and it was awful and freezing! So glad we moved to this hotel! Very friendly staff as well.

Convenient location

Cons: Cost was a little high.
Clean, comfortable, nice staff. Great breakfast -- staff was friendly and efficient, and there were lots of choices.

Good location with parking

I stayed four nights, the room always looked clean, beds comfortable the staff was fabulous. The area was a safe and quiet. The room had a slightly damp smell, it was close to the pool, I am not sure if that was cause.

Okay stay in Sioux City

Hotel chains we usually frequent seemed overpriced in Sioux City. Fairfield Inn was priced similar to the competition, and we were basically happy with our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet; breakfast items were limited, but okay. I was expecting a bit more value for what we paid. Several dining options were in walking distance, and the location was fairly convenient for travel through the area. Staff and guests were very friendly.

I'm sorry breakfast wasn't stocked when you were here, we will definitely focus on keeping everything fresh and stocked all the time for our guests. I apologize that we do not have a hot tub, but the pool is open from 6 am until midnight every day.
