Weekend getaway

We stayed for an event happening close by. It was nice that some of the amenities were available late into the evenings so that we could use them. We enjoyed the bar on the marina. Food, bed, our room was all excellent. We had breakfast every morning at the hotel lobby, food was outstanding and our waitress was busy but attentive. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area again.

Very nice hotel

We were just stopped over for a night in Sioux City so we didn't get to experience the hotel for a super long time, but it was very nice and clean. They had coffee and ice water in the lobby which was nice. Also we ordered room service and it was fairly quick and delicious.

Staff was really helpful and friendly. The facility is kid friendly and great location. The breakfast buffet is always a pleasure.

Crave restaurant was excellent as well! Great stop on a long road trip. Wish all the hotels were as well kept as this one.

quiet location not far from all the family

I stay there every time I go to my old hometown because it's close to the interstate, it's easy to get in and out of and the employees are always helpful and pleasant. I have enjoyed the pool and the gym on many visits as well. I appreciate the fact that there's a restaurant there as well and I've never been disappointed with the food or drinks. It costs more than a lot of the other places to stay, but I've always felt it was worth it and so am I.

The first morning when we left our room the maid cleaned up accidentally possibly tossed out a book I was reading as well as we had missing an iPad charger when we called attention to this and asked for responsiveness from the hotel staff they did look for it then they didn't find it and they told us we can't find it so that was it there was no I'm sorry or will look into it or will reimburse you. when I had the nerve to complain about it when we left that morning they didn't even say goodbye thank you for staying here nothing they were rude and insensitive I wouldn't stay here again
