Fully acceptable hotel for overnight.

Posted Nov 3, 2017
Pros: Excellent room, free shuttle service, nice reception-staff.
Cons: Breakfast service was less than satisfactory. Noted that normally served in a better dedicated breakfast room but moved to conference room temporarily
Very pleasant reception-person and registration was fast and painless. Room was excellent and convenient to parking even though hotel was multistory. Offered local shuttle service that was very welcome in the windy-cold weather. However, a perfectly fine restaurant was available with a short walk. Breakfast was rather disorganized and not very pleasing. Setup was in a conference room, messy and short on food available near the end of the serving period. All in all a very satisfactory stay.

It was comfortable. However there’s a train track close. We’re not used to having a train blowing it’s whistle just outside our window at night, so we were awakened several times.

Pros: Front desk staff very friendly
Cons: Elevators too far away from lobby. Restaurant closed
I was there for a wedding. The staff told me there was only one conference center and there are two. Lots of construction int he area.

Thank you Trish for your comments. Our desk agents have now been trained to direct guests to parking areas that are closer to the elevator access. Our restaurant is under renovation. There restaurant will reopen in March of 2018

Nice Hotel, Family Friendly

Posted Oct 20, 2017
Pros: We stayed because a friend got married at the Hilton Gardens which was a few minutes away from our hotel. I liked how close it was to the venue.
Cons: The person who checked us in ignored me for the first few minutes at the front desk. She finally acknowledged me but continued to be pretty rude to us
Location: Fancy sushi restaurant that was kid-friendly called Crave, many fast food places nearby, Walgreens right next to the hotel and other shopping areas.
My husband and I stayed there with our 5 yr old. She had such a great time swimming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were alright but it was nothing super fancy. Overall I would stay here again.

interesting crowd

Sketchy women walking in and out all night, construction crews outside grilling out and smoking and drinking in the parking lot all night. Nice lobby, good amenities.

Nice room for the money

Posted Sep 12, 2017 on Hotels
It was hard to find due to road construction, but the person who checked us in was super friendly and answered all our questions. The breakfast was ok but not hot, which left a lot to be desired. The room looked nice, and the bathroom was very nice, but the a/c was noisy and didn't seem to work properly.

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Management
Location: Good location to Casino for concerts. Walking distance.
Horrible front desk service. We arrived there at 3:30 p.m. and were attending a concert that started at 6:00 p.m. There was a waiting line outside the front door. It took over one and a half hours to check in. The staff had a new system they didn't know how to use and nobody was getting checked in!!! It was a horrible experience. Management wouldn't even come to help the staff. People were very irritated, including the staff. I would have walked off that job! Kudos to them for sticking it out. The rooms were excellent and clean. Management needs to give the front desk staff a week of paid vacation and a bonus. I deserve a free room out of this nasty experience.

Front desk was not trained for check in. Bartender and breakfast attendant need customer service skills. Bartender allowed outside beverage to be drunk from a person not staying at the hotel out of a paper bag. I encountered that person on the street later with another group of homeless people.

Not worth the price

Run down on the outside. Remodeled rooms but overall looked old and not in a great part of town. Not worth the price
