Pros: Friendly staff
Location: The location was by interstate 29, which is good, but almost no services nearby.
There was a very small pool with no tables poolside. The hot tub was not working. The bathroom was so small the sink had to be in the entrance of the room. The breakfast was fine. The staff was friendly.

Great roomsPosted Sep 15, 2015
Pros: Clean, nice staff, close to interstate, comfy bed and pillows. Great free upgrade to a jacuzzi room. I also loved that breakfast was until 11 and chec
Cons: breakfast could have been better, could add some warm scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy.
Clean, nice staff, close to interstate, comfy bed and pillows. Great free upgrade to a jacuzzi room. I also loved that breakfast was until 11 and checkout at noon, perfect for a relaxed, lazy vacation vibe.

The Best HotelPosted Aug 26, 2015 on Hotels
We were on a 6 day road trip, visiting friends & picking my Grandaughter from camp in Minnesota. The New Victorian Inn was the best hotel (especially considering the cost) we stayed at.

Helpful staffPosted Aug 13, 2015
Booked online. Upon arrival was told no rooms available. The reservation had just come through even though confirmation sent 2 hours prior through expedia. Found a room whose carpet had just been cleaned. Still slightly wet. No in room coffee, unable to give rollaway due to fire hazard and limited breakfast options. Pool was good and staff worked well to help as able.

Convenient for our needsPosted Aug 5, 2015
Location: Several fast foods close & Walmart across street. 5 minutes from a mall.
Had stayed here before & staff helpful, courteous. Variety for breakfast with longer time available than any other we have stayed at. Quiet room, comfortable beds, & clean.

Good family hotel for the valuePosted Aug 1, 2015 on Hotels
Don't let the non-name brand scare you away from staying here. Great customer service, huge room . . . there was a king bed, a queen bed and a pullout couch bed. Easily could sleep 6 people if you share beds. Additionally there is a little kitchenette and a the bathroom. The Pool was very nice. It is open 24 hours a day. The breakfast was hot and good with waffles and oatmeal. I appreciated that the refrigerated breakfast items like yogurt, juices and milk for cereal were refrigerated at the breakfast area so they were sufficiently cold not just sort of cool. Great customer service.

GREAT place except the train.Posted Jul 27, 2015 on Hotels
There is a very loud train. Luckily it went through at 10pm and then 6am so we were up, but if you are looking to sleep in during the weekdays, this isn't for you. The hotel was GREAT and service was outstanding. Had a great breakfast and my son loved the pool.
