Nice place easy access highway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well stocked .
Good stay. A couple noisy neighbors above and beside us. Nice if the heater/ac was a little quieter. Overall good stay.
Quiet and close to mall and event center. Clean rooms. Nice pool area and had a good breakfast
So conveniently located to the hard rock casino so we had a night with great food and fun then walked back to our beautiful room for a great nights sleep we had a wonderful time and hotel made all the difference
Easy access to interstate, good breakfast, close to shopping and restaurants. Room was reasonable, quiet and clean. Stayed extra night due to weather and they easily accommodated. Only downer was the freight train at 6am at the crossing nearby.
Made a last minute quick trip. Early check-in wasn't a problem. Very nice staff.
Very nice hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff, for a late check in. Clean room, a lot of seating options. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends.
Overall a good stay, had to be moved to a different room bc we found bugs in our bed on first floor. Once we were moved it was a great stay. Comfortable for a quick overnight stay
All good except for weather which can not be forseen. I've storm and heavy rain
We've stayed here often and always are greeted warmly. The room is very comfortable and the breakfast is good. It fits our needs quite nicely.
Nice reasonable rates! The Four Brothers restaurants is close and very good food!
Stopped for 2 nights for business meeting. Good hotel to stay in
Check in was quick. Room was average. The room was juat okay. The "free" breakfast the next morning was lack-luster at best. There wasn't one item that I could eat in my diet. That's not necessarily their fault - but the breakfast had zero protein options. Yes - there was a white gravy with what ...
We stayed here on our roadtrip, while anticipating a stop in nearby Le Mars, the "ice cream capital of the wold." We arrived very late, much after check-in had ended, but the staff called us to reconfirm our arrival and gave us a number to call when we arrive so that they could let us in. That was ...
The hotel shows its age, too many coats of paint dont make it look good, the room carpet was torn and dirty looking, overall just an old worn out hotel
Smells terrible. The air is bad to breathe. The hotel staff lies. Seem nice at first but they are actually selfish.
Very dirty room. Staff smelled like pot. The grounds was dirty. They bearly had breakfast and the front desk help was lazy. Very dissatisfied.
During the middle of the night the male manager working tried entering my room. Thankfully I latched the door and I caught him through the peep hole. I asked what he was doing and he just quickly fled. I’ve never felt more scared staying in a hotel.
the room was clean, bed comfortable. I don't think they could make the bathroom any smaller. they do allow pets, which for me is a major plus. the saftey bar for the window was a 2x2. so, it could use some updates.
I realize you get what you pay for but the first room I went to, bed wasn't made from the last guest, stain on the sheets, no toilet paper or trash liners etc. Manager was very accommodating as she put me in a second room and made sure it was up to par.
