Our room was dirty, crumbs on the sofa, bedding had blood spots on it, there weren’t enough towels for the family suite we stayed in there was no bedding for the sofa sleeper. The carpets look like they hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned in a very long time, the bathroom was dingy and dirty.

At check in our room had not been previously cleaned. Was given a different room with no concerns. Pool was crowded, to be expected with the weather but made it difficult with younger kids. We will stay again.

This was such an AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL property!! Staff eas extremely friendly and accommodating!!! We booked a room with the jetted tub and it was so worth it!!! On top of everything this establishment is also pet friendly!! Within walking distance of so many options!!!

There were men’s dirty underwear left in the hotel room. We had to call the front desk to come get them out of the room. It just made for a very disappointed stay. What else wasn’t cleaned ???

Loved how close the hotel is to restaurants and the casino. Hate that i had my do not disturb sign up and yet there was constant knocking on my door. I did rearrange my furniture in my suite and found garage and dog toys underneath things.
