Nice location

Hotel is in a great location close to the action of Sioux Falls. Rooms are nice enough but are starting to show their age a little.

If you like noise

Between the interstate, the ac unit and the doors going outside opening and closing 14 times starting a 5 am I may have slept for 3 hours

Hampton Inn yes

The hotel was good as Hampton Inn is. What I didn't like was working with Hotels.com. When I booked they made me feel like I could cancel and not be charged. Reality I tried to cancel before 5 pm and told I would be charged the night because it took 24 hours previous to cancel. Since I had reserved two nights I then tried to cancel the second night, which the hotel would of cancelled both with no fee, Hotels.com said they would call the hotel to see if they could cancel it, came back and said the hotel wouldn't let me cancel, which was an outright lie because they had already told me they would cancel if the"third party" would. It was over 24 hours before the stay for the second night, still no way. The gal didn't want to talk about it anymore, she said no so I either stayed or was charged both nights. The reSon she gave for not being able to cancel the first night, didn't work then for the second night. Hampton Inn yes, I will carefully evaluate using a "third party" in the future.

Great hotel with an amazing staff!

Pros: The staff, the room, the location, everything.
Cons: The bed could have a more comfortable mattress.
Location: Central location to the mall and many great restaurants.
The staff at this hotel was a 5-star quality group. Very helpful and nice. They all made me feel at home.

Nice day

With the exception of the remodeling going on and lots of hammering at 8am, the whole stay was great. Wish they would have kept the noise down.

Pros: Great location, very clean and kept up
Location: Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
Great place to stay, have stayed here several times and will always try to stay here when in Sioux Falls.

Staff was so courteous. Staff was ALWAYS cleaning something. Gym was perfect for its size. Clean hotel. Only complaint was parking lot was so full.
