State track meet was being held in the city so the rates were double what was usual. Unfortunate that the hotels took advantage of everyone. We were a traveler leaving on flight next day and would not have stayed in sioux falls area if we knew we were to pay $200 for run down room.

I thought this was a beautiful place our suite was amazing, down side our air conditioner didnt work very well and the the pull out couch was broken so the head of the bed sunk in. My 2 girls still slept on it but they werent comfortable. Over all it was a great place with a wonderful breakfast.

The suite was in poor condition broken cabinets, broken jacuzzi tub controls, wall paper bubbled like water damage, and carpet was rough. A good remodeling and update is needed.

The hotel was great. The only thing I didn’t like was that the hot tub wasn’t working but things break down. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very welcoming and helpful!
