It was ok, it was clean.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was adequate. It was not the type of place I would normally stay but it was comfortable.

A port in a storm

I stopped at this hotel because I was four hours short of my destination and didn't want to drive after dark. My choice of places to stay was limited because I was traveling with my dog. The staff was pleasant and helpful, but the facility needs attention. The first thing I noticed was the strong smell of cigarette smoke when I entered the building. My room was adequate, clean and presentable. I, however, would not choose to stay here in the future.

No smoky smells! Everything all fresh and new. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that!

BUSINESS STAY NEVER USE AGAIN

Pros: NOTHING.
Cons: THE NIGHT STAFF AS WELL AS THE COMPANY'S THEY WORK WITH TO BOOK THEM.
Location: I WOULD NOT KNOW. LEFT AS SOON AS I COULD.
VERY RACIST STAFF TOWARDS MY FELLOW EMPLOYEES IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY. CHAOTIC. UNPROFESSIONAL. WILL NOT EVER BOOK AGAIN WITH THE CO EVER. THAT IS ALL I CAN SAY.

Nice hotel, close to interstate and shopping

Pros: Beds were nice and comfortable
Cons: The continental breakfast could be improved-no sausages. Also no Decaff coffee available for breakfast....heart irregularities prohibit caffeine.
We had help from excellent staff. We arrived in the afternoon and our room was available immediately which was much appreciated as we were tired from our drive. The room was very comfortable.

We do however make sure to provide at least one pack of decaff coffee for the in room coffee brewer. We thought the motel was very clean the staff was very very helpful and professional close to restaurants would definitely stay there again

Pros: Better than expected for the price.
Cons: Make sure help restores coffee in room.
Location: Nice bar and grill next door.
Nice help at the front desk. Tough to walk anywhere from hotel. This includes crossing 41st ave. convient eatery next door would stay there again.

Save money stay at better Hotel

Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: burn down and start over or charge less for rooms
Shower and toliet noises from nearby rooms will wake you from sleep Shower didn't work as should have, Heat/ Ac operation was not labeled as to which way to flip the toggle switch as the heat and ac were seperate units on same circuit. Sign in room said to flip switch to correct position and not to bother front desk. If it had not been for unable to find a replacement place to spend night would not have stayed.

Dear Joe I am sorry that you experienced issues with noise from other rooms and also that the shower did not work properly. Please let me know what room you stayed in so that we can get the shower fixed. I would also like to make sure that the instructions to control the heating unit are put in place as well.
