Stop on the way home from the Black Hills

Very Nice, I would visit again. Falls Park, downtown is excellent.

Stains on comforter and nightstand light didn't operate (burned out bulb). Otherwise, comfy for a two night stay for a wedding. Near elevator which was surprisingly quiet.

Dirty hallways and floors,in room.they had no record of what i wanted via my reservation. Not enough help in restaurant.

Only disappointment was there was no refrigerator in room

Expensive for Basic Stay

Not impressed by the Executive room it was to small this should be a basic room. Breakfast needs healthy food options no nuts, fruit, and vegetables. Friendly staff. Will not be staying at this location.

We do have larger suite rooms as well. It is disappointing to hear that you were not made aware of all of our dining options. We chose the Sheraton for the supposed amenities? The staff who attended to the room forget to set the clock. My wife is a type one diabetic and we were expecting a small fridge in the room, there was none. There was limited TV channels. When we asked the front desk staff about the TV she said there is a guide in the room. I told her that there was no guide. She looked at me shrugged and sad OH with a blank look on her face. Pay more receive less at the Sheraton. Leaned our lesson, NEVER AGAIN!

Kinda sad motel bar closed at 12 and the place was packed..
