Staff helpful. Room didnt lock the whole time. Mentioned it to front desk. Said they fix it . It still didnt lock and was to exhausted to bother with it anymore after working allday. Need to still discuss the discrepency on the room fees and will be doi g that here this week sometime. Alll n all very quiet good locatation, friendly staff, close to work site.

Walked in to find out price of room for the night. Was $24 more than online. Booked online room in lobby while deskman was watching. I heard a ding on his computer notifying him of another room being booked. I asked if that was my booking. He said yes and continued to book me in. Only problem was, he was booking me into another room and charging me double. I didn't notice this till I got to the room and checked my account. I went back downstairs to check it because mistakes can be made. I was told to cancel the expedia reservation and keep his higher priced room. I was too wiped out to argue that late at night, so I waited till morning to hopefully find someone who cared. I didn't find anyone. Same guy from the night before said he would finally cancel his room and reimburse my charge. Did get it, but seemed like they were hoping I wouldn't notice.

Normally we always match another website price. if you are seeing charge on your card, it might be an authorization only which will dropped out automatically in next 5 business days. If you still see the charges, do not hesitate to call us. FYI, Any Wyndham "reservation system" never do any kind of ding upon reservation or any activity at all. Again, Thank you for your business and sorry about inconvenience.

Hello Susan, We appreciate your comment on your stay at Super8 Beresford SD. We are working on new update of furniture and some rooms for new carpet which will be done in slower season by Dec and January. Beds are new just 3 years old. Staff person is very helpful, but he is little shy.

Property dirt, carpets smelt bad , toilet seat broke , something on bathroom door , couldn’t put clothes in drawers- dirty inside, outlet in bathroom didn’t work. Front desk man kind and helpful. Tv was great but for the money not worth it. Breakfast didn’t impress me at all!

Sometimes it stripped out on overload. upon check out we found it was just stripped and turned back on by pressing switch in the center of plug.

When my husband and I got there, the check in was quick and easy. We initially booked a 2 bed room because it was cheaper, but was offered a free upgrade to the suite since we only needed 1 bed.

Unfortunately this is the only Hotel available in this community. The Hotel is very outdated with old bicycles, recliners and trash around in the Halls. The room smelled extremely musty with filthy carpets (white socks turned black just walking on it) and the smart TV did not work with no internet even available. Run away! Travel another 15 minutes to Sioux Falls!

The place sink, the back door and inside and outside was nasty. The room was not the best and the commode wouldnt work. The sheets and bed was clean so we just went to bed and left early

Outside of motel was nasty. The back entrance was not secure and there was trash all over the ground. Key fob entry was not functioning at any of the entrances so doors were all unlocked. Room was clean, mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was not even an option. The cereal containers were empty.

I do not think I have ever stayed at a dirtier hotel in my life. And a I travel a ton. We were looking for a place that allowed dogs near a restaurant - on a long drive. The exterior was so full of trash - we did not even want our dogs walking through the parking lot. Inside - was filthy as well. Broken air conditioning units and refrigerators stacked in the hallway? It was unbelievable. Not sure how they still have a Super 8 Flag...even that low standard brand would inspect and not approve.

How convenient lots of out of order signs much like other Super 8's we've stayed at, you wonder, do they just put these up so they don't have to spend money fixing them?? Stayed at one, the hot tub has been "out of order" for years, don't fix it, doesn't cost $, and you don't have to run it, which also costs $!!! HMMMMM

I suspect lack of staff was to blame. That said, the outside area was so neglected that it looked as though it was a deserted property. Windows entering into the lobby had not been washed in a long time. The gentleman that checked us in was very polite and courteous. And the lobby area was clean. Our room was a disappointment. Our bedspreads were very stained-and possibly dirty. The corners and edges of the carpet along the walls hadn't been vacuumed in quite a while. Our bed sheets were clean. Our bathroom was clean. Our towels were clean The complimentary soap and lotion bottles were already half used. There were orange pipes running through the bathroom near the ceiling, instead of being installed above the ceiling to conceal them. Our television for some reason would not stay off. We had to disconnect the power. The continental breakfast was minimal. But the coffee was actually very good. Ha! As I said- I suspect Alot of these issues are due to lack of staff, because the entire time we stayed there I only saw one person. There was no one to be seen when we checked out. Hopefully they will be able to get more staff to get caught up on what they have fallen behind on.

Dear Guest, Sorry about inconvenience. As you said, All business now a days having huge employee issue. Nobody wants to work. I don't understand one thing - There are thousands and thousands of job opening and still unemployment rate is way too high. Even by paying $15.00 per hour people are not wanting to work.

Dear Guest, If hotel didn't have your reservation, Then hotel should not have payment option too. It is your responsibility to talk to Expedia and find out that where is your reservation. If hotel didn't have reservation then Expedia must have taken money from your credit card, Because when guest make reservation on Expedia, Expedia is collecting money from Gust card and Hotel is getting paid by Expedia provided credit card. Super 8 best continental breakfast of all motel
Had to go purchase extension cord to run bi pap breathing machines and multiple outlet adapters to charge our phones and other electronics. Breakfast was best we had over intire 7 days on road except for kitchenette rental

Needs a lot of remodeling, the rooms were very outdated and the dresser was particleboard and lioked like it was falling apart. There was rust spots on all metal finishings. Broken chairs outside, made it look dumpy!

Dear Guest, There is no pool advertised on any website. No need to complaint about pool as pool is closed from 2010. Pool area is always locked and out second storage room. This location is in rural and very safe area. Thanks for your business and sorry about any inconvenience you had during your stay.

The room stunk bad because there was a smelly bag of green beads in the vent, the bedspreads were dirty and stained, the floors were dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed in a while there was little particles of stuff in the carpet and the toilet paper roll had only a little bit of toilet paper on it.
