Great overall stay
I was pleasantly pleased with this hotel fist of all, a big thank you to all those that work at this hotel, extremely helpful, courteous and accommodating. The hotel is in fairly good condition , I would change shower heads and faucets in this hotel, toilet bidet leaked from the bottom of the toilet, so the hotel does need some minor maintenance, other wise, great stay and excellent location. I will for sure be staying here next time I am in Istanbul in hopes that some maintenances are taken care of.

Hotel location was great! Staff was also great. We were disappointed to learn there was no elevator to our floor and had to walk up the curvy staircase with our luggage and me with my bad knee.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Close to so many amazing restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. Husain went above and beyond! We were at the very top room that has an amazing view. There are many small steep steps to get to the room; luckily there is an elevator. We had a great stay! I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here about 8 years ago, and decided to do so again. Great location, walking distance to numerous wonderful sites; Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Egyptian Bazaar, Topkapi Palace, etc. Rooms are nice, comfortable bed. Staff are very attentive. And tons of food options all around.

Loved that all of the main attractions and so many restaurants and shops were just a short walking distance from the hotel and that continental breakfast was offered on a daily basis. Rooms were super clean and cleaned on a daily basis, water pressure in washrooms was amazing, and loved that it was right by public transit as well. I’ll definitely be back in the future!

Hotel was well located, however the rooms require work / update. While clean flooring is in terrible shape along with furniture. Reception is very helpful and the hotel breakfast is non existent.

The hotel is super clean and in a great location. It is very close to the majority of the tourism sights. The front desk are very welcoming and helpful. They only need to work a little bit on the breakfast. It can be a bit better.

Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, I called the hotel to confirm my arrival. They told me i have no reservations with them, because Orbitz didn’t pay them. Can you imagine , after 14 hours flight with 10 months baby and my wife surrounded with 6 luggages and stroller stuck in the airport. I am so upset the way how the cancel our reservation. It’s unprofessional, and disrespectful.

The hotel is very nice and the staff friendly.. Sardar at reception and everyone were very helpful. The view of the room was breath-taking. I would definitely stay there again. Note: the hotel is located near metro Station but is not easily reachable by taxi since its inside the alleys.

Great owner and staff!
My family and I stayed here for 3 nights in June 2019. Tanya and her staff were off the charts helpful in a couple of key ways. 1) Due to a miscommunication between my family we booked an extra room. Even though they didn’t have to, Tanya and staff helped us resolve and get a refund! 2) They helped us book cab rides to different airports and even got up at 4:45 am to make sure we got into the car. All this and they provided breakfast in the morning and as much coffee and tea as we could drink! I saw all the staff providing the same level of service to other guests. Highly recommend!

Small friendly centrally placed hotel
A small friendly hotel, a short walk from the station and close to the Bosphorus and most major attractions in Istanbul. Tram and Metro stops close by to get further out. Shops, restaurants etc all on the doorstep. Would definitely stay there again on any future visit.

A great little hotel in Istanbul
The staff was wonderful! Very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was good, with eggs cooked to order. Room was modern and clean. Location was close to tram line and good for touring Old Town.

Nothing fancy, but everything you'd need
It's a small hotel, with a modest lobby. Service was excellent. Location is great. There's a station across the street for the train that goes across the Bosporus to Asian side. There's also a tram stop nearby that carries passengers to the main touristy areas. I enjoyed being awakened in the morning to the sound of the morning call to prayer. Breakfast offerings were adequate, but not as much variety as other similarly sized hotels in Istanbul. Breakfast seating was tight. Solid three and half star hotel and worthwhile if priced under $100 per night.

Wonderful little place!
I had a great time at Elanaz Hotel! The location is great for tourist activities - you can walk to all the major mosques, museums, etc. My room was also very nice and clean. I especially enjoyed the breakfast - every morning there is fresh-squeezed orange juice, some delicious cheese-filled warm pastries, and a very friendly attendant who will make you an omelette!

Location, location, location.
10 to 15 minutes walk to all major attractions in the old city of Instanbul. Located off the main street so noise was not an issue. Friendly staff. Many, many restaurants in the neighborhood serving great local foods of all kinds.

Elanaz Hotel December 2014 stay
The hotel is nice, clean and honest (we lost a couple of memory sticks and they emailed me to tell me), the breakfast was nice with fresh coffee always a big plus with me, bring your own tea though if you are British, not a reflection on the hotel its just not going to be PG tips outside England ;) The bed was very hard like a rock, for the older couple that can mean a not so good restful sleep otherwise they was extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly.
