The staff was awesome here! The old town is a 40 minute walk away from the hotel though otherwise the hotel was fantastic!
A very nice, family-run hotel, very clean, with friendly hotel staff. Out quadruple room was rather small, but we didin't need a large room because we spent all day sightseeing the area. Wi-fi is flawless. Breakfast was also great!
Stayed 3 nights with another couple and enjoyed the great location in the old city of Sirmione, with A deck on the water. Good public areas and good breakfast. Rooms and bath were mediocre. If available Ask for a room facing the water when you book. Hotel staff were very nice and very helpful. The ...
We were recommended this hotel by a friend, it was all and more than we expected. Our room had a beautiful view over the lake and gardens. We were within walking distance of the town and other sights. The gardens and pool were beautifully kept. We will definitely go back.
The hotel is either brand new or recently renovated. It is close to good restaurants and in a very quiet location. Breakfast was nice and the staff very polite and nice as well.
A really good hotel in a beautiful location next to the castle and the lake. Only a short walk to the town and the many shops and restaurants. A brilliant location for a special holiday.
We could not afford a lakeside hotel but our room had a good view of the lake anyway. Hotel Luna iis very conveniently located at the top of the town Staff were very helpful and breakfast was more that we expected for buffet style. Rooms were thoroughly and regularly serviced
A great find! Residence Nuove Terme is ideally located in Sirmione, near to great restaurants, well stocked supermarkets, a bakery and of course the lake. The owner is a delight and is happy to help in any way, with suggestions for days out and where to find local amenities as well as carrying our ...
We stayed 2 nights to have a rest before Venice and had a great time. The hotel is family run and nothing is too much trouble. The views across the lake and the place itself are great. I lovely place to unwind. They don't advertise evening meals but there is a limited choice each evening which was ...
Having stayed at the Grand Terme (albeit several years ago) this hotel rates highly, incredible staff and a level friendly and attentive service that makes you at ease without being over bearing or judgemental. Excellent facilities with two pools and direct access to the lake with great views. A ...
As a couple we needed a place to wind down after a hectic tour of the Italian Lakes. This hotel offered a great location on the edge of town and a lovely garden to relax in, with a picture-postcard view of the lake. But oh the décor!.....so 1970`s!.....brown ceilings, brown doors, beige walls...the ...
The hotel fitted our needs, close to the beach, restaurants, etc. The room was basic enough but didn't lack anything we needed. The bed was quite firm but that's the only (if even) negative. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and assisted us with booking a wine tour, even after we had checked ...
Our room (number 36) was a little small however it was very clean. The breakfast was very good and all the staff were very pleasant. To get the best of our break we used the 4 euros a day hotel hire bikes.
Our first stay at this hotel on lake Garda. 15-19 july 2017. A family run business who are so welcoming and will do anything to make your stay go without a hitch. Your made to feel important and they really do care. The breakfasts are first class with so much variety and homemade cakes a tasty treat. ...
A family owned hotel which makes everyone feel really welcome, despite language limitations. A bit of a hike to the old town - a 30 minute leisurely stroll.
10 days at the hotel Alfieri and very enjoyable they were too! All the staff were very friendly & extremely helpful in every aspect of our stay. The rooms were basic but comfortable & the air conditioning was a godsend! The pool on the roof was amazing as was the view. The restaurant was very clean ...
