First of all, this is definitely different than what you see in pictures. Carpets are not clean, windows are not as shiny, etc. The only good things about the hotel is their room service and restaurant staff. Internet connection is terrible and you can barely stay connected for an hour (constantly). and above all, in our reservation details it says a room with 2 Twin beds and once we got there they gave us a room with 2 Single beds! once asked, the reception guy told me: Twin beds are the same as Single beds !! (Imagine the frustration of explaining the difference and not getting anywhere for almost an hour for a booking that is paid in full in advance)

I had a challenging time with my booking and did not know what to do because I booked with Expedia but it did not show on the hotel website. At that time the person whose name is Munevver was very kind and nice to me and managed everything step by step. Also, other team members Esra and Rozelin were very nice and polite to me. I would like to share my story with other management that Munevver is a polite, kind, respectful, and great person.

Location was good, reception and other service teams help immediately the you needed. But hotel rooms are need to update and bathroom was not clean and there were bugs in the bathroom.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, people at the reception were not helpful at all, so many nurses, ill people around, felt like I was in the hospital, smelled like a hospital, Istanbul was amazing but this hotel was terrible. Only the people at the valley were helpful. Receptionists were big headed, arrogant, so sad….
