Very good service and amazing staff

That was amazing stay,only think that bothered us was that the room didnt have window facing outside . The staff ,service,and the quality of the hotel was excellent.

I m traveling all around the world for over two decades Living in Atlanta Because of my family Istanbul always in the list I will never come back this hotel

Hotel was not clean, noicy Rooms to hot and no air

Worst experience in 5 star hotels, Started after check in to a no air room and noice and bar cleaning, the hotel staff moved me to another room but it was worst in terms of cleaning and bed sheet was dirty. I complained and they moved me to another room was ok but not that clean. Hotsl was super noicy & you can sleep at night due to maintenance and revamping in addition to moving bar to g floor so i had the worst hotel and travel experience ever. I wish I didn’t stay at the hotel

Such a good time.

The hotel is located in a great area in istanbul. Breakfast is really good and the spa is amazing. The staff is friendly and efficient. There was some construction work at the entrance but the staff made sure to notify us on advance.

Great location for shopping !

The Hotel is in a great location , great for shopping , lots of shops and restaurants ; and it feels safe . The hotel is small , good breakfast limited options , but enough . The staff were very nice and helpful ( Guest Relations Ms. Gizem especially ) . Would recommended it .

Disaster

I have stayed in this a number of times. I booked again as I am familiar with the rooms and location. Let me tell you one of the worse decisions ever we booked a double room for myself and my mum we requested an extra bed for my baby sister. We arrived after a super long flight we were welcomed by extremely rude staff they asked us to pay they rejected to give a extra rollaway bed at the rate mentioned on the Expedia website (also stated on my booking) they mentioned the rate we got on Expedia is "sale price" and no we need to pay for a crazy amount for a bed. When I said I will only pay what is stated on my booking he said no you can only pay that if you change rooms and get a more expensive room and also you can't have breakfast!!!!. Anyways after over 90 mins of arguing and 45 mins call with Expedia they let us pay for the rollaway bed at the rate mentioned on my booking but we were told my sister can't get breakfast lol we accepted. We went to our room no joke this must have been the worse room in the hotel it is super dark lighting is dim and has no view or windows in my past stays the room have an excelllent view or a window with some sun light. The next morning we went for breakfast in my past stays it used to be good this time it was disgusting the place smelled no options we went once and decided to have breakfast outside the hotel then. Sofa hotel you used to be good I stayed at your in the past but this time your rude staff and service I am never coming back !!!

Situation is excellent,stuff very good breakfast so good stuff is very helpful size of rooms is so good also bathroom is suitable for old people

Pretty good overall...

Cons: Stopping the shower from making the entire bathroom floor wet, with the simple use of some silicon, would be a good start.
Staff were very good and location was also good. Rooms were a good size but a little sterile - and don't go for what they call a 'tranquility room' - that just means it has no windows!
