Pros: Close to small town and near rocky beach. Easy to find quiet spots or noisy as liked. Excellent WIFI in rooms and around most of hotel.
Location: Plenty of travel agents around with trips, car or quad hire. We enjoyed the happy train journey into mountains.
Good location, near to small town with pretty harbour, shops and restaurants. Large hotel with plenty of pools. Food varied and delicious. Lovely staff and friendly but not pushy entertainment staff. Rooms clean, comfortable with plenty of space. Two onsite restaurants with lovely food (bookable in advance).

Not a 5 star experiencePosted Sep 17, 2017
The hotel staff were excellent - friendly , polite and helpful. The food was average at best and often luke warm due to standing in serving bowls. Menu lacked variety with no wow factor at all. The entertainment team were poor. There were some activities but no effort or enthusiasm shown by the team , hence by the holiday makers. The evening shows were embarrassingly poor. There are only a couple of the bars open in the evening with no atmosphere what so ever.

Great hotel, good service, good food and pools.Posted Aug 17, 2017
Pros: The room and food was excellent
Cons: Wider selection of all inclusive drinks.
Location: Sissi is fairly quiet but that was part of the attraction. A bit of a walk to the better beaches but good fun scrambling the rocky coast to get there
Fab hotel with excellent pools. The food was great and the two bed apartment was brilliant. Sissi is great location with lots to offer. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Lovely Hotel in a small town overlooking the SeaPosted Jun 8, 2017
Cons: The Wine
Location: Great location and a variety of things to see and do nearby. Our son particularly enjoyed the Archery and Airsoft with Mike in the town.
We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in the little town of Sisi on the Malia Penninsula in Crete. Our hotel overlooked the Sea and although it was bigger than we first thought it was very personal. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. It was all inclusive with a wide variety of food to choose from. The room was clean and of a good size and really comfortable, everything worked perfectly. The entertainment team were wonderful and you could join games, exercises and entertainments if you wished to both children and adults alike.

Great StayPosted May 13, 2017 on Hotels
We had a great stay! The hotel was amazing very clean and comfortable. People were friendly and very helpful and very quick to fix any problem! Breakfast was great and the only think was that the dinner buffet could be better in taste i believe. We ate a lot of different food and there where a great variety really to choose from, but it was pretty much average in taste. If you have time to spent there you really need to rent a car to discover around a really beautiful island, The Village where the hotel is located is nice but nothing special but many other great places are around a short drive. I would definitely recommend that Hotel to anyone.

Very friendly hotelPosted Sep 22, 2016 on Hotels
2nd stay at this hotel and both times have been great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of available sun loungers around all the pools. Very slippery tiles around main pool so need to be careful. Food in buffet restraunt is excellent with so many choices. Nice local beach for both swimming and snorkling with a shuttle bus provided by hotel.

Luxurious stay with familyPosted Sep 6, 2016 on Hotels
The family room was large with 2 roll away beds for kids. Bathroom was large with both shower and bath. Duvet was luxurious with 90% goose down. Complimentary shuttle to the main centre was useful. Pool was nice but would have liked for sauna etc to be complimentary as well. Curtains were slightly dated with a few hooks missing which let lights in at sunrise. Food was great and the view from the Premiere restaurant was breathtaking.
