Die Zimmer verfügen über gute Schallschutzfenster, sind sehr edel designt und schön ausgestatt, mit ausgezeichnetem, bequemem Bett. Verbesserungsmöglichkeit: eine Ablage gleich beim Eingang, Handtuchstangen im Bad. Die Haken für Duschtücher sind nicht zweckmässig. Grosszügiges Plus: Das Hotel offeriert täglich ein Glas Wein zum Apéritif sowie einen Digestif spätabends, super.

Good breakfast. Kasper from the concierge was very helpful. All the staff were friendly.

No regular house keeping but can book via whatsapp or call, house keeping is very thorough, and refilled all of the essentials. Reception replies very quickly through whatsapp and is very helpful. The location is ok convenient, located in a residential part, has a cheap supermarket Netto just around the corner, and a 10 to 15 mins walk to the østerport station. Air con is really strong, kitchen facilities are excellent but quite old esp the exhaust fan. A lot kitchen utensils available. Quite spacious, balcony is quite nice, but can hear train noises at night, bit disturbing.
