“They advertised a pool that doesn’t exist despite it being in the photos. Do not book this place if you’re expecting a pool. They admitted fault and said they’d give us a $50 refund, but not a full refund - despite there being nowhere else to stay at short notice, and others having complained about this for over a year. Terrible and misleading”
