Lovely small hotel in a great location easily walkable to Skiathos town. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and do everything they can to make your stay as good as possible. We were disappointed that the decor and condition of the property wasn't up to the standards of the photos on the website, which make the hotel come across as chic and modern - it has more of a boutique feel in reality, and was run down in places eg damaged furniture and mould on the grouting of the tiles. Breakfast was excellent, all freshly made to order and very generous portions. The lunch and dinner menus are fairly restricted but there are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk to choose from. A lovely place to stay but 4* at best, missing the little touches that would make it a really good 5*

This was the most amazing place to stay! They go above and beyond to help you anything you need, from reservations to taxis. We arrived and our luggage did not make it with us. They were so helpful in calling the airport everyday to check to see if our luggage had arrived. This was a trip for my daughter and I before she goes to college, luggage never arrived, but they tried to help everyday to help us see if they had arrived. The staff at Aegean, that includes everyone are amazing people and are a part of the wonderful memories we made in Skiathos! We will return! We miss them already, and Skiathos!! Thank you to everyone!!

Large pool with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Beach towels provided. Friendly bar with large selection of drinks. Dinner on site was wonderful. No elevator but ramps to most floors.

Lovely little hotel
Great hotel, really friendly staff, great location and fantastic rooms. Few opening season niggles like a damp room and leaky shower. Food nor brilliant but changed chefs when we were there. Probably a good thing. Maria the restaurant manager was amazing

Dog fee, 25 euros was a surprise. Almost 200 stone steps was a huge surprise. Couldnt even bring all my bags up. There was sand between the sheets when i folded down the bed. I didnt go to the beach.

The hotel is placed on a hill with beautiful views over the Aegean Sea with rooms at different distances from the reception. Most rooms are also accessible by ramp if a guests would like to avoid the stairs but we are also more than happy to accommodate any requests for a room that has less steps and is closer to the reception. We also have a groom on arrival to help with transferring all luggage to the rooms. You informed us on arrival that you wish to store your belongings with us since it was a one night stay, but it would have been our pleasure to bring you the luggage to your room. Regarding the dog fee, we pride on being a pet friendly hotel group, and our Pet Policy is in place to ensure the smooth operation of our hotels and is in accordance to worldwide hotel policy standards. All the details are available in both the Expedia Official website through which the booking was placed, but also on our website. The fee is in place that the rooms are cleaned after each stay with a pet thoroughly for the next guest to arrive. We were very surprised to hear that you found sand in your room during your stay, as this is definitely a first for us and our housekeeping department prides itself for the level of cleanliness. We provide a daily service and a turn down service in all of the rooms and we have operating procedures for washing and storing our sheets. Please do rest assured that I will be personally doing a check of the process again and continue our room audits. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused by this. In taking great care of our charming hotel, our main priority is to be able to offer a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. Superb hotel, all suites, with sensational views.
Absolutely fabulous hotel, superb staff...especially Rania and Isaac in reception, Christina and Vladimir in the Breakfast restaurant....gorgeous spacious suite with a separate lounge, large bedroom with a comfy bed, really lovely furniture, a huge balcony and sensational views. Excellent location to the beaches, right on the main road and bus route, and to town centre and the port. Breakfasts were quite fantastic....served on a gorgeous terrace overlooking the pool and the sea, and they offered everything you could possibly want....waffles, pancakes, stunning fruit platters, any eggs desired...every accompaniment you could imagine, and all served graciously. Free parking too, and friendly happy staff at the pool and bar to make ones stay memorable. Our only disappointment was the shower in the bath tub with a very awkward glass door to manoeuvre each time. Thank you for a wonderful stay Aegean Suites....we hope we will return.

It was our fourth visit to this hotel and island.
Lovely small boutique hotel that is quiet considering it is along the main road at Megali Amos but it is situated a reasonable distance up away from the road with good facilities. Great breakfast with lots of choice of cereal, yoghurt, cold cheeses & meats, fresh fruits, cooked breakfast and pastries and toast with freshly squeezed orange juice. We also had a nice meal one evening when it was raining too heavy to get soaked going to town even by taxi. They have a reasonable choice of wine and food although the food is more a mix of european rather than greek on the menu. However, they would be busier at other times if possibly they did slightly smaller portions and reduced the price as us ladies only managed a main and the guys only a starter and a main with a couple of glasses opposed to a bottle of wine with the bill much more than we had been paying the rest of the week. The deserts looked great but very large, especially the cheesecake, easily enough for two to share. The beach is only across the road with sunbeds available to rent from independent vendors. The hotel has a lovely pool and sun terrace with a bar and there is a small gym with a small selection of equipment if you are feeling you want to burn off more energy than just the steps up to your room. The staff were friendly and helpful and I am sure that we will return in the future for a fifth stay.

Luxurious suites near a beautiful beach. But for a 5 star hotel was very insulted to be told that extra tea bags for room would be chargeable ! Only came with 2. Really ? Shocking for the price we paid for room ! Only 5 star ever experienced such a thing.

Great Hotel Close to Beach and Skiathos Town
We stayed for 10 days at the Aegean Suites Hotel and were very pleased with our experience. The hotel is ideally located overlooking the beach with fabulous balcony views - although we tended to use the pool rather than the beach itself. It is about a 15 minute walk to Skiathos Town: the main road is very busy in summer and there is no real pavement - however there is a much quieter back road, so this was fine. Skiathos Town has numerous restaurants and bars but if you don;t fancy the walk there are tavernas on the beach which do reasonable lunch and dinners. We also ate in the hotel and the sister hotel (the Princess) - both were good (and the Princess had live music) but the food at the Aegean Suites was slightly better. There is a free transfer if you want to use the facilities there but we preferred to stay in the Aegean Suites.. Alternatively there is a bus stop near the hotel that takes you to Town or the opposite end of the island - which is every 15 minutes but can get crowded. The hotel pool was was well maintained and the pool bar well attended. However, it was the staff at the Aegean Suites made the hotel perfect - particularly Rania, Simos, Erion and Christina: nothing was too much trouble - amazing!

Good hotel and very near a beach
This is a nice hotel, the staff are very pleasant but some more so than others. The suites are good standard but some don't have such a great view. We were given a suite with a garden view to start with which was ok but no view to speak of. After 3 days we were upgraded to a suite called the Heaven suite ( no extra charge ) which had double the space externally, an amazing view with a jacuzzi on the decking and a huge round sofa. This was amazing and if I ever return this would be the suite to have. This hotel is not suitable for anyone that has problems with steps, our second suite was 150 steps from the road but worth the climb...

Intimate hotel great location and friendly staff
From the moment we arrived we knew we had made a good choice. The rooms are beautifully arranged, comfortable, stylish with sea views. The staff are all really friendly and nothing is too much for them! Location wise right opposite the beach and just a 15 min walk to town. The pool area is very chilled as was breakfast time. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious too! If you are looking for a boutique style hotel (couples only) with great views and location then choose this hotel. One thing to be mindful of is this hotel is built on a hillside (hence the great views) this means there are a lot of steps so not suitable for disabled visitors, old and unfit!

Einzigartig war sicherlich die Freundlichkeit sämtlicher Mitarbeiter und die Aussicht. Überhaupt ist die ganze Anlage sehr Geschmackvoll und schön konzipiert. Auch das Frühstück ist unserer Meinung nach besonders, sowohl von der Art und Weise wie es dargereicht wird als auch von der Räumlichkeit.

Service attentionné Mais en pleine saison la circulation sur la toute qui passe devant est une vraie nuisance Enfin beaucoup trop de marches à monter pour atteindre sa chambre quand on est en haut Pas normal de passer son temps à minimiser les allers retours à sa chambre comme si on habite au 7e étage sans ascenseur surtout au prix demandé !

Vi fikk ikke plass på det bestilte hotellet PDA av datatrøbbel. Måtte i stedet bo på Skisthos Princess som er et mye større og upersonlig hotell. Dette var ikke greit!!! Vi burde få refundert! Tilbakemeldingen går derfor på Skiathos Princess

Schöne Anlage in günstiger Lage am Meer
Sehr gepflegte Anlage in günstiger Lage am Meer aber auch in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Skiathos Stadt. Geschmackvolle Suiten. Das Hotelteam ist auffallend freundlich und überaus aufmerksam. Wohlfühlatmosphäre pur!

Skiathos beste?
Flott sted. Serviceminded personell. Bra mat, men noe liten meny. Flott utsikt. Rommene har riktig beliggenhet i forhold til kveldssol. D.v.s. skygge etter en lang dag i solen. Har vært mye i Hellas og etter gresk standard så er kvaliteten på stedet høy. Deilig bad med håndklærskift to ganger om dagen. Mange trapper kan for noen være en utfordring. Ikke egnet for funksjonhemmede. Anbefales.
